“They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years!
The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department.
The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean.

“When I moved to Milford in 2018, I needed a reliable mechanic. Like many others, I assumed most auto repair shops might try to overcharge you, but you put up with it because you have no choice. However, I quickly realized this shop is different, and it has completely changed my perception of what a trustworthy repair shop looks like.
As long as I live in Massachusetts—no matter where—I will only come here. Over the years, I’ve brought all of my children's cars (six cars between four kids), my wife’s car, and my own cars here for servicing. Every single time, the experience has been exceptional. The manager, Rich, is fantastic. Even though the shop is always busy, he and the team make me and my family feel like we’re their most important customers.
When I first started coming here, I tested their honesty. I already knew what was wrong with my daughter’s car but didn’t want to drive 50 miles to my usual mechanic. I played dumb and let them take a look. They came back with an accurate diagnosis, matching exactly what I already knew. They could have easily tacked on unnecessary repairs to inflate the bill, but they didn’t. That kind of honesty was refreshing.
A few months later, my other daughter’s car needed work, and this time, I dealt with the owner, Ray. After fixing the car, we had a conversation, and he shared how much he values his reputation in the community. He explained that he doesn’t want to walk around town with his family and have someone recognize him as “the guy who ripped me off at the repair shop.” That level of integrity stuck with me.
It’s disheartening when I see new customers come in defensive, assuming they’ll be taken advantage of, but I understand where they’re coming from. If I could, I’d tell every one of them, “You don’t have to worry here. These guys are the real deal—honest, reliable, and genuinely good people.”

“Like another poster, we had a close encounter with a deer. It smashed a headlight, bumper, hood/fender. All Car Care did a VERY good job on the repair, especially doing the difficult to match metallic grey paint. I’d say this is the best match on metallic paint I’ve seen in a long time, and much better than we’ve had in the past from other shops. The other thing that impressed me is they used all the right plastic rivets, of which there are multiple types/sizes, to assemble the complex wheel liners and under-tray. This is stuff the average customer doesn’t see, but I checked and they took the time and care to get it all correct. Wonderful shop/people at All Car Care.”

“I started my search for a 2026 Nissan Rogue with the cold weather package utilizing Chat GPT which searched local dealerships for inventory. “I have nothing to say but good things for Collettes! During a big thunderstorm towards the end of June an oak tree fell in our yard and landed on my vehicle- luckily it was deemed repairable. Called my insurance and Collettes was on their shop list. The appraiser came to look at my car and just a few days later Jimmy called me and we scheduled an appointment. I work for insurance so the process comes easier for me however if you don't then that's okay Jimmy is your man! He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and provided me updates each week on my vehicle repair. Not once did I have to call. He was so kind and made sure I was taken care of and also kept the rental company ( I used enterprise) up to date on repair times so I didn't get any calls from them or extra charges. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10 out 10. I hope I don't have to bring my explorer to a body shop again but IF I do I'm calling Collettes.”

I needed the top portion of the trunk and rear bumper painted and he quoted me $400 less than another body shop for just painting the top of the trunk. Very reasonable prices for EXCELLENT work.
