The owner or women who runs it is extremely rude. My first time there was last year and I did not have a great experience d/t the way she spoke to me. I thought I would give her and the store a second chance and was extremely disappointed to have an even worse experience. They took a handful of brand new clothes but gave back the same clothes in different colors that were honestly less worn than what the took. i brought a brand new winter jacket (as they only take what's in season) and gave it back telling me it was "soiled" inside. the jacket was brand new! Extremely uncalled for as well as inaccurate. I took all the clothes back d/t the 2nd bad experience and was more than happy to give them all to a friend for free.

Pre-Covid, I would have given Children's Orchard 5 stars... I loved everything about it and had been going since 2012. Able to sell clothes EASILY by dropping in, during their designated selling hours, and rarely they would ask you to come another day if they were busy. The clothes and items for sale were also fantastic and reasonably priced- what an amazing concept for children's clothes!!Since Covid, and their "sign-up genius" for selling, which is now "call at 10 am on Monday, and it fills by 10:30" is the WORST. Am I buying concert tickets??!! I work and cannot spend an hour hitting redial for this. It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment any other way, and honestly, NO ONE is empathetic to the God's honest "I have been trying for months" plea. Do you not need the inventory? Are the SAME people who can get through getting all the appointments? I don't get it. Each time it's "Sorry, you'll just have to try back next Monday, for the following week."While I raved and recommended this establishment in the past, I will no longer shop, sell, or recommend Children's Orchard.Natick and Newton have several Children's consignment shops with much friendlier service. I will take my name brand, brand new children's clothes and toys elsewhere. You can do better and don't deserve the business Westborough Children's Orchard. So disappointing.

I loved going to children's orchard until they denied my 3 year old the bathroom. I understand it's "not public". She is three and was in visible distress. Instead of saying yes, you told me to run her over to stop and shop. It's really easy to make an exception for a 3 year old who almost wet her pants. Please do better.

Great place to sell and buy used children's clothing sizes nb to 14. I go here often especially for sweaters, pants, jeans, dress shoes, ballet shoes, winter jackets, and raincoats. I recommend following them on fb to see any sales going on and if they are open in bad weather. I have sold many items here and bought many items here over the years. The store is much bigger than what it used to be a long time ago. The bigger store is even better and has more clothes than when the store was little.

I have loads of J.Crew, Vineyard Vines, Gap, Hanna Andersson, & Mini Boden clothes in excellent condition. I called to schedule an appointment to consign these clothes. Every time I called, I was told -“Call back next week -all of our appointments are booked.” I called three weeks in a row - including Monday morning just as they opened. I was told to call back on “Wednesday” - when I called back exactly on Wednesday- once again I was told “call back next week - all of our appointments are booked.” Not sure why they can’t schedule a month out. I understand they are busy. When I explained that I’ve called a number of times and received the same response- the person wasn’t helpful or concerned about losing a customer. Their archaic system and unprofessional response was incredibly off putting. I’m happy to take my business to consign and shop at another consignment store in Natick.

Today I visited the Children's Orchard for the first time. After reading some of the reviews I was not sure what to think or expect. I was greeted by two employees and told where to put me bin. Both of the ladies were very pleasant and told me my bin would be sorted shortly. I told them I was helping my daughter and I have traveled a distance. They said to run a few errands and the bin would be sorted shortly. Within one hour I received a call that they were done. All of my items were taken (Halloween costumes, shoes, winter jackets, winter hats, PJ's., shirts and pants plastic dinnerware) for sale Only one item was rejected.. The money offered was quite reasonable. I am so happy that I didn't let some of the negative reviews stop me from visiting the Children's Orchard.

Thought it sounded great earn a little fir cleaning out your children clothes they have out grown. I was treated like i didn't have a clue about life. They were unfriendly and in my opinion very rude. I guess you need to be part if their inner circle. will never go there again

I bought something for my grandson. Plan to bring some of his clothes in to sell and see how it goes.

They only care about the money, and not the kids who visit the store. Would NEVER recommend shopping here ever again.

This store is outstanding. Wonderful gently used clothes and toys for children from newborn on up. The prices for such incredible quality astonished me. Warm winter jackets for $10.00. Beautiful girls and boys clothes hardly worn and many with original tags on them all arranged better than any store I have shopped in for pretty much anything. Really nice sales people and if you find what you bought is not the right fit or whatever, YOU CAN RETURN YOUR PURCHASE! I spent $72.00 here and got 4 warm winter jackets, 5 sweaters, a couple of pairs of sweat pants( $4.00 each) and I can't recall what else. This will always be my first go to store for children. They have snowsuits and so much more. I highly recommend the Children's Orchard to all of you on a budget. The clothes are in such good shape they could easily be given as Christmas presents which will indeed stretch your budget!

Gently used kids clothes in great condition!Kids grow out of clothes so quickly that it doesn't make sense to break the bank getting them new outfits. This place has a lot of great used clothes for super cheap. Long sleeve t-shirts for $2/$3, dresses for $8/$10 and jackets for $10.In addition to saving money, you're helping the environment by not requiring the production of more goods. Save your money, and reduce your carbon footprint.
