The food we got was perfect. We asked for extra items and you could definitely tell they put extra on. The app said a certain time and the food was ready when it said it would be. When I went in I was asked right away if I could be helped and what my name was so she could get my order. She was very attentive and super friendly. The restaurant itself seemed a little on the messy side but for some reason all Chipotles are like that so I’m used to it. The price was about right for any take out place these days. The parking lot is very crowded and is hard to get in and out of. If possible park to the right hand side. Seems not as much traffic goes that way. Overall worth it.

Very arrogant staff. Bowl was 1/3 filled and when asked to add more staff started talking rude. Awful experience!

Every time i come here I am disappointed. This is the only chipotle near me for 20 minutes. I only ever get a double chicken and rice bowl and every time the portions are so small and the employees get disrespectful when i ask for more. When I’m paying for a full bowl i would expect to get a full

Ordered food for 5 of us. They messed up one order, I watched them discuss something toss a lid out and reprint the label. Turns out they missed my kids quesadilla and just made two burrito bowls of barboca.We get back to out hotel and discovered it. I called and nobody would answer the phone.Drive down and they are pulling coolers and cleaning two hours from close. Both bathrooms have signs that say "close" on them and the place smells like sewage. I inform the worker who just makes the quesadilla and doesn't say much else. She hands me it when it's done said so sorry.This is the second Chipotle I've been too where food is missing. My first time in NY my whole order was missing.

One of the gentleman who works here (unfortunately don’t know his name) is amazing. Whenever I come in after my shifts he is always super kind and efficient. His service keeps me coming back!

This is message more for chipotle not just this location. But when we are playing $16-25 per a bowl/salad it’s just absurd how much food we get. I had asked for half chicken and half carne and I didn’t think this would happen to me. Half of this bowl is salsa. And probably 2 oz of meat it was light. What kind of load is this? I’m not saying you guys have to pack my bowl up but make it so its proportional. Avoid chipotle as a company at all cost, until they reach a consensus of what’s a good portion size. If your cost of goods is too high on a global scale, maybe you should reconsider that lessen the portions with the same cost will not work for me at least.

I got a veggie burrito bowl. The portion size was great, staff was very friendly, and even though it was busy, the line moved very quickly. I will be coming back!Vegetarian options: I got sauteed veggies and both black and pinto beans. They also have vegetarian sofrito option

I have ordered a chicken bowl (Take out), the whole bowl tasted bitter, not sure which ingredient effected. The serving portions are also too small. I didn`t have these issues with any other location.
