“We bought our 1st machine from Automated back in 2008 or 2009 & I can't say enough about the great customer service we have been given & the ease of pretty much everything! We have since purchased a few others for different applications & upgrades & any time we have had an issue (most of the time it has been user error), they have responded right away & were ALWAYS out the same day, sometimes within the hour.
