I realize the pharmacy staff is overworked but this is no excuse for the rude, unprofessional treatment I have received too often the drive up window employees. I have gone there for prescriptions for myself and my family for several years but no more. There have been so many times my provider calls in a prescription but they claim they haven't received it which is a mystery they have no interest in solving. I've had the providers call them again and again. Clearly there's some kind of issue with their organizational protocols but that shouldn't be my problem. But it is, because I've had to go without necessary medication many times, harming my health while they perhaps try to untangle themselves from their own incompetence. Or not. There's no indication of care or compassion whatsoever. Except for for one young man who is always polite and caring, the staff, especially the pharmacy techs are shockingly rude. The need for prescription medication is personal and intimate- to consistently treat patients in such a demeaning way is unprofessional, insensitive, and inexcusable.

I was told I must wear a mask at the drive through today. This comes after the outdoor mandate has been lifted and the science is very clear that transmission doesn't occur outdoors. people who cannot or choose not to wear masks need an option for picking up prescriptions. This is what a pick up window is for. As a pharmacist myself, I find this policy irresponsible and dangerous and CVS should be ashamed. I drove away and transferred all of my prescriptions and will never return.

We live in Westborough so this is our local CVS. Spent 20 minutes there today trying to printo photo's with no luck. I assumed Ihad a bad thumb drive. I went home and downloaded 35 photo's on to a new drive. I went back and had the same issue, it was then I was informed both Kodak machines had bad thumb drive ports and did not work. No sign on either machine and no sorry for my wasted effort. The main issue with this location is the horrific ciggarette smell that permiates the entire front of the store. It is so strong that when you leave your clothes reek of stale smoke. It is either from employees smoking directly outside the front door or employees smoking in the back room. Either way it is disgusting. CVS corporate needs to evaluate this location and make changes that reflect the fact that this is a store dedicated to health and wellness, not a local marijuana shop.

Their pharmacy prices are higher than other places - and they refuse to honor the price on my GoodRX coupons - refusing to take GoodRX Gold, and charging ~$5 more than the listed coupon price.Also, any time you drop off a prescription or make any changes, they force you to wait an hour. This is NOT a CVS standard - I go to another store down the street and they fill it while you wait.They refuse to do anything to lower their prices or accommodate their wait period. Skip their pharmacy, and go somewhere else

This review is specifically for the PHARMACY. "Ahmed" . Worst customer service ever , I understand you guys are worked to sh't but , that doesn't mean make your customers wait over an hour and be rude. Let's start off with the fact that he was struggling to central search my name. Because he didn't want to transfer a script. When I know 100 % I'm on the system. These people never pick up the phone I have had to call the front end multiple times. And even the store manager had nothing to say except there busy. What in the world ? Lazy lazy lazy. I asked to pay for medication out of pocket he was in no way helpful couldn't even add a rx discount card that I know is sitting directly in front of his face. . Never mind the technicians that work there just as bad and dull minded.

I typically like coming here but moan every time if Margaret is the one at the register. She never says hello...rolls her eyes when you're getting out your card and then pisses and sighs when something doesnt go right for her. I've been going there for years and have never seen her smile let alone say a kind word to any customer. Tonight my coupon didnt register..she accused me of using someone else's card even tho she scanned my card from my phone and the coupon was on the app on my phone so it didnt even make any sense why she would ask that. It wasnt a paper coupon. She does not represent your location well

Unbelievable bad customer service! Cannot imagine such bad service exists in westborough!!!! Have to switch to Walgreen for a much better pleasant service.
