“I first went to the Worcester location and was enchanted at how beautiful the store was and then realized there is a Seed To Stem just up the road from me in Westborough. I ordered 1 edible arrangement to a friend’s house who she and I lost someone close. I got a call from a driver saying he delivered the package (amazing) shortly after I got another call saying the same package was delivered. Which is weird because I called the store to double check my order and they sent me a Confirmation email of just 1 edible arrangement totally $89.99.
When I called the store to let them know, they told me “I’m not the smartest Girl, I could of made a mistake and ordered two”.I STARTED CRYING.
NO let me see how I can help, NO store credit back NOTHING.
I would rather CUT up my own fruit, drip it in chocolate and do a ROAD trip before I use EDIBLE arrangements again.
