I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Hampton Inn Boston-Westborough.I had Hilton customer service book me a room reservation using tens of thousands of my Hilton Honors points. Despite having a confirmation for my one night stay in October 2023, when I arrived at the hotel after 11pm, the front desk refused to honor my reservation or give me a room.I called ahead when I realized I'd be arriving late, but no one at the front desk answered. When I arrived, the manager, Ezekiel, was incredibly rude when I questioned why my confirmed reservation wasn't honored.He made no effort to accommodate me and I had to drive hours in the middle of the night to find another hotel. Even worse, Hilton has refused to refund my Honors points, equal to hundreds of dollars used to book this reservation, despite not providing the room I booked.It was an awful experience - my confirmed reservation not being honored, no one answering my call ahead of arrival, the rude manager, and Hilton refusing to refund my points. I will not be staying at this or any Hilton property again after this terrible experience. Do not recommend.

So over priced this year!Would have been cheaper to stay in Boston than Westborough.HH Honor member also.And wasn't even full.Wonder why! $$$ ?

Sliding doors with a large gap provide almost no privacy for the bathrooms. Besides that and the size of the rooms (a bit small in my opinion) it’s a decent hotel.The Irish pub across the parking lot really is great.

Been a loyal Hilton customer for over a decade. Hilton is my first choice anytime when I need a hotel. I can never imagine writing a 1 star review for Hilton.I made reservation at 10pm on Oct 21st, 2023. I drove 1.5 hour to get to the hotel at 12:30AM. BTW, the hotel was about 15minutes out of the way. When I get to the hotel, I was told the reservation was cancelled.It may not seem like it's a big deal, but it's frustrating when I was tire and sleepy, and I had two young children in the car. To add fuel to the frustration, any other Hilton near this Hampton cost about 2.5x more expensive, that's $250 additional expense I didn't expect.I don't believe the cancellation was a honest practice.

Awesome room. A little weird with a sliding door for the bathroom. Many outlets to charge devices. The breakfast selection was better then average although the coffee was a bit bitter. Great restaurant/brew pub across the parking lot so no need to drive around in a strange area.

I needed a place to stay a few days and was sensitive to rates. I didn't need to be in the immediate Boston area and booked my stay in Westborough which is about a 30 minute drive to Waltham and maybe 45 minutes from downtown Boston. The experience was great in every way. However, there's only one place to eat within walking distance, but with a 5 or 10 minute drive there are lots of options.

We booked 3 nights .came back to the room the first night to find the bed notmade, sheets on the floor ,dirty towels on the bathroom floor .trash cans not emptied, no coffee infor the morning.Front desk said we should have requested they clean the room.REALLY???? We had to make the bed and go to the front desk to get clean towels.No apologies. Never stay here again.

Room was clean and check-in was easy. Annoyances: (1) No shampoo in the shower; (2) No wastebasket in the bathroom; (3) No dairy free options with breakfast coffee and the eggs all had melted cheese in them.

Clean, comfortable room with hot breakfast. Our favorite part was the short walk across the parking lot to Owen O'Leary's restaurant! We had great dinners and didn't need a designated driver. I still think about that generous fresh lobster roll, one of their specials, around $21.Safety: We parked directly across from the hotel entrance since the location near Rt 9 could make the hotel and restaurant vulnerable to car break-ins. We left nothing in view inside the car and had no problem over five nights. All the area hotels are near the same highway, and this hotel is not more vulnerable than others.

Stayed here for the night after the Sox game Saturday. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. One of the better experiences we've had with Hampton Inns as of late. Would definitely stay again and recommend.Rooms: Very clean and spacious, well set-up
