What a wonderful dealership!I had the most positive experience today with every person I interacted with. Miguel, Paul and Nathan were accommodating, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.I have dealt with 2 other local ford dealerships and was very unhappy with my experience.

Very professional staff. Luke was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had concerning my car. The follow up contacts kept me informed as to the progress of the repair. Good experience start to finish.

Service Representative, Luke, kept me updated and got me back on the road promptly. And a shout out to Cashier Representative Loretta; she always has a kind word, and a great smile. Thank you HCFW.

I was searching for a used vehicle with low miles and a fair price. I responded to many dealer ads, only to find out the listed price was only honored if my trade in was at or under the recommended mileage or I had an excellent credit rating and financed through the dealership.I saw the ad for Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough. I checked availability, set an appointment for a test drive and fell in love with the car. I noticed the sticker price was $4000.00 more than the internet price and notified my sales rep. He told me they always honor the internet price. My salesman was Jay Gonzalez. Always on the ball. No hold ups. Car was ready as promised. Clean, full tank of gas, all I had to do was hand over the check and drive away.I don't believe I would have been treated any better if I had bought a new vehicle at 3 times the cost. I highly recommend Herb Chambers. They are my new go to for car buying.Cheryl

Jay Gonzalez was personable, professional, and extremely efficient. This is my 3rd F150 and 2nd time dealing with Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough, and Jay made the process as smooth as it ever was. We connected on a personal level, and he kept me informed of each step in the process. I will recommend HC of Westborough, particularly Jay and Miguel Silva to friends and family.

The salesman, David, was a gentleman. The dealership GM was a decent guy. The sales manager is a liar and cannot be trusted. He is the stereotypical car salesman - will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign, but will not follow through. Dishonest and he hides behind his salesman when he reneges on his deal. If you want to buy a Ford, go somewhere else. anywhere else.

I took my over on Monday 08/21 to be looked at the next morning to address the traction control engaging for no reason, the radio stopped working and 2 recalls. They called, the recalls were done its in line for the traction control. no call back. No call Wednesday. I call Thursday. They are looking at the radio. Later i got a call the person that was looking at the radio went home sick and had Friday off. the car will be looked at Monday. I said what about the traction control? Oh yeah i guess i can get that re-dispatched to be looked at. No call back. Friday morning they call they drove the car and cant get the traction control to engage. Later I get a call saying they have gone through the car and can not find anything wrong. Then asked me what repairs have been done? I started to think that they are scrambling. I asked for a loaner. They said they dont have any. No call back the rest of the day. no call Monday. I call Tuesday. I was told, the 2 control arms need to be replaced. Didnt they go through the car and found nothing i asked about the radio. hadnt been relooked at. I told them to remove the request. no call back the rest of the day. i call Wednesday. waiting on 1 control arm which would be there thursday. Control arms are in stock. i realized no one asked me what i wanted to use for parts. When I went to pick up my car I asked to speak to someone about my service and bill. When i asked about the choice of parts, i was told they mostly use **** parts. I said is that automatic. No one told me. they said do you not see the big a** **** sign out front? ?i asked about the codes being cleared after the recall. And if that was why they couldnt figure out the traction control. He said no, those have nothing to do with that. 1 recall was a brake line replacement. I asked to have the labor cost cut in half as i only i got half of service and communication. I was told the timeline of my car being repaired was within guidelines. 9 days to replace 2 control arms?

The staff was very courteous. Gave me a good time to come in. Provided a ride back to my home called me when the vehicle was done. Sent the vehicle back to pick me up. Paid for the vehicle and out the door. It was a perfect experience.

So I was just checking out cars this weekend because I been shopping around and Jay Gonzalez found me exactly what I was looking for. Came in at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon with my old car and traded it in for my new car (new to me) and was driving it home by 5:45. It was the most painless and easy time I have ever had buying a car. Definitely would send my friends and family.

I would like to say that I was totally surprised and overwhelmed with the professionalism and dedication to the repair job that Herb Chambers Ford provided me. I drove in on a emergency situation. My windshield wiper's would not turn off it was obviously some kind of short and anytime you have an electrical problem it's very hard to fix. They worked with me and explain every step of the way what was going on. I couldn't have been happier and I would highly recommend the service department. What a great job they did at a reasonable cost. Thanks Anthony what a great representative for your company.

Worked with Luke from the service department! He was understanding and super helpful getting our car fixed. Would highly recommend them to others purchasing and repairing car parts! Cant say enough good things about the experience getting my car fixed. Matt from sales was also great! Kept in touch to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.
