David Yang is top-notch! He actually showed me all of the features of the vehicles I was interested in and took his time with my questions. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in my new car.

Very pleased with service. Scott and James were very helpful, courteous and patient with a number of questions we had before service. Nice feature was that technician updated us during service to let us know what had been done and what still needed to be done so we had an idea when car would be ready.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Before the sale, Perkins was quick to respond to all my inquiries. After the sale he went out of his way to make sure I knew how everything worked on the new car and that I was completely satisfied.

Service center is excellent. They are always friendly and clearly explain what is a priority to get done. Scheduling is easy online, though it's difficult to get an appointment within 2 weeks. I also scheduled once only to have them call me the day before and tell me they didn't have anyone available and had to reschedule.

Bought my CR-V 2017 at Westborough brand new and loved the car even with recalls that I had came in to fix throughout the years but this time I had a leak in 1 of the tire valve stem which I wanted fixed. Instead they replaced all 4 tire stems without giving me any updates throughout and charged me a huge labor fee for 1 1/2 hour time. I had brand new tires for my 2 back tires just 4 months so why they replaced my back tire valve stem when I checked it prior to service and they were fine. Money is tight with a little one at home so doing extra and charging for it isn’t valuable to me. Needless to say I’m not satisfied with communication and unnecessary work on the car without consent. They are very nice, clean location with spacious waiting area so I gave them 2 stars.

The Salesman, David Young made all the difference for me. My son went to this dealership to look to purchase his first brand new car. David, was very caring, and didn't come off as just trying to sell him a car. He allowed my son to test d, rive several models, and explained every detail of the differences. To be honest, the car buying experience is not my favorite thing in the world, but David made us feel that he was providing us a fair price that we could agree on. Before my son drove away, David shared his insight, jumped in the car with my son, and went over every bit of car with him. To setting up his phone, to showing him each piece of technology, while making sure my son was aware of how everything worked, before we drove off. My son was blown away by this first experience, and I was also impressed with David's professionalism. So impressed that 3 months later my own car died. I was considering a Honda or a Toyota. I went back to see David just to see what he may offer. His demeanor just takes the "car buying" experience out of the equation. He's a professional, but such a great human being and makes you feel like he genuinely cares about your purchase. I have a another young adult and a wife that will need a car soon. I'm only going to visit one place on these occasions. I'm actually looking forward to seeing David again soon. Top notch dealership.

When picking up my car Thursday evening after service and $750 of my hard earned money, I noticed a scratch on driver’s door that was not there before. Moreover, the new visor they had just installed had dirty finger prints on it. Manager said they would do their due diligence and check cameras and call me next day. 10 minutes after I left low pressure tire lamp turned on, pressure was 23. Manager never called me, and never responded to my email on what to do about scratch. The tire place I went to after 2 days left with no car found no nail and they could only assume that it was the valve or the side trim but didn't know how this could happen. Monday I received a call thinking someone is following up but they were clueless. I explained what happened and said they would get back to me. No one has followed up until today so I am still trying to figure out my next steps to correct the scratch damage on my car. I understand mistakes/accidents happen and it is how you deal with them that matters, but in this case this is the worst experience I have ever had not just scratching/damaging my car and not caring about leaving dirt on the visor but also ignoring me completely. Other than that it was great.

I had a service appointment on 9/15. The person who attended to me was Angela. She was very pleasant and courteous. She kept me abreast with the progress of my vehicle. The service required for my vehicle took hrs., she arranged for the shuttle to take me home and pick me up once my vehicle was ready. I received a text a few days later to check if my vehicle was operating as designed. I would recommend doing business with this dealership

The dealership is phenomenal. I liked the casual, no pressure approach to looking at cars. Hilary took time to find out what was important to me in selecting a used car, showed me options, and provided input on my selections. Her knowledge made the experience less stressful and simple. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't hounded after my first visit to the showroom and could make multiple trips to narrow down my selection.I highly recommend them.

To say it is a pleasure being a Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough customer would be an understatement. I often do not write reviews, but there are numerous things I have experienced that deserve recognition. From oil changes to larger repairs, I have the utmost appreciation for the service department. The responsiveness, care, and trustworthiness of all their staff contribute greatly to being a repeated service customer. I would like to express gratitude to Rick, the service manager, who has proven time and again his dedication to customers, new and old.A notable staff member of the Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough is the general manager Miguel. I do not take for granted the attention, thoughtfulness, and effort he showed me during my car buying and selling process. Miguel caught several mistakes from insurance agents, often double checked information, and simplified any “car lingo” I needed. Miguel’s professionalism speaks for itself and, because of this, I will happily refer him and Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough to friends and family.

Great price, great deal, great service. I was treated very well by everyone: salesperson, sales manager, and finance person. Car delivered perfect with everything explained and demonstrated. Herb Chambers dealerships are the gold standard. 5 stars all around!

brought my car in for service had 2 recall notices that I had to notify them of. Was told to make another appointment or leave car overnight and they would call me early afternoon next day. Left the car and didn’t get a call until 6:30 pm. They close at 7 so I had to leave it another night. Service performed was fine but shouldn’t have taken so long.

I arrived to the dealership for scheduled service on 8/25/23. I was told that the service advisor I made the appointment with quit so another advisor helped me. My car was there for an oil change/tire rotate and some air filters. I dropped off at 9:30 asked for it to be ready by 12 and got a call at 11 that it was ready. I picked up at 12 and when I saw the bill I felt like I was kicked in the stomach. The labor charge was INSANE. I asked the service advisor to explain the charges and all she did was read me the paper she wanted me to sign out loud to me as if I cant read. I signed and paid because I didnt know what else to do. If I dont pay will they give me my car back???I left upset about the price and continue to be. I continue to call the service department and the phone just RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS. The operator says all she can do is transfer me back to the phone that just RINGS AND RINGS AND RINGS. I have emailed the service advisor who I worked with and who told me to reach out anytime and have NO RESPONSE. I have left messages for the service supervisor and stated in a survey that I would like to speak to them and NOTHING. Maybe they arent calling me back because they already have their ridiculous amount of money so they dont care about an unhappy customer.

My wife and I had a great experience finding and purchasing a car at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough! David Wyman, our sales rep, was professional, extremely helpful and friendly.We were coming off the shock of seeing the CRV we loved become a total loss from an accident. No worries, David and General Manager James Bulger showed us a newly arrived and pristine used CRV that we quickly agreed was just what we needed. We felt valued, cared for, and experienced professional service.
