They have the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with (with the exception of EZ pass who is also fantastic). Didn’t expect just the best service ever when calling to check on genetic testing results but they’re really great.

The customer service reps sound like they hate their lives and the customers. I got the 2 sassiest ladies apparently? They should try working on their customer service skills at integrated genetics. I just called to have some questions answered I didn't need the "well you were told...." attitude. When I asked a question one of them didn't know the answer too they just brushed me off, no "let me figure that out for you" or anything. Come on, I worked in customer service for 6 years it isn't hard and this isnt a comcast call center, it's not like everyone is calling with attitude about being price gouged, jeeze. They just want to know about the tests you are selling, the customers are literally calling to be sold something. Why would we purchase these genetic tests from you guys if your customer service has such a bad attitude towards potential customers.
