I come (just left about an hour ago) to this Jiffy Lube because of its location convenience after a local appointment. I now remember why I haven’t returned! Initially I asked if they still offered the vacuuming service and was told they do. After making payment and returning to my car, I noticed that the driver’s side floor was not vacuumed —not even a cursory job. When asked if it was done, one of the guys (unfortunately didn’t note his name patch) said yes. So I pointed and asked another guy (also didn’t note his name patch) upon which he looked and shrugged. Then the, I assume, the “CSA/Quality inspector” (name patch Tiana noted @ check out) says to the 1st guy “dude, you didn’t vacuum” as she looks at the floor. He just stood there until I finally stepped away and gestured that he can try again. He looks @ the floor and half-mumbled “oh, I must’ve missed it. I can try again”. So I step back into the waiting room until the 2nd guy returns and says the car is ready. I ask him if the 2nd row was also vacuumed to which he responds “yeah, he did the back 1st and forgot the front.” The 1st guy opens the door and half-mumbles something. As I glance down @ the floor it’s obvious that the 1st guy doesn’t know how and/or care to vacuum and then proceeds to lie about it. I get in and also glance @ the passenger’s side and the 2nd row. Now, how can such a SIMPLE request of a SIMPLE job be so blatantly NOT DONE?!? It wasn’t as if there was a line of 2-12 cars behind me; there were NONE! Yet, after being directed out of the garage, there were 4-6 workers including the non-vacuuming guy just standing @ the entrance. Now, obviously I didn’t come to JL for the vacuum service. But it does remind me of the UNPROFESSIONAL service I’ve received in the past and makes me question today’s overall service as well. I WILL NOT return here in the future. The manager really needs to reassess the quality of his workers’ ethics.

The staff were very friendly n helpful...They explained everything they did and explained what I needed and what would be good for my car..They were quick n efficient they all did an amazing job and I would recommend going to jiffy lube

They said they put air in my tires, but the light on the dashboard did not go out. I drove a few miles around the block and it didn't go out which indicated that the tires needed more air. I drove back to Jiffy Lube and told the workers. One worker started to check my tires again, but a third came up to me and said that they did put air and I needed to wait 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I should have insisted because it has been 3 days and the light is still on. Now I have to go out of my way to add air to my tires. They should have taken care of it when I returned instead of sending me away without checking. I should have insisted. My bad. I will not go back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

After they finished. I got under it a week later. And oil filter leaking oil. Not kool..... went to Valvoline to get fixed.

Service was great, technician was professional and courteous. However, I produced a coupon for a discount, but did not receive the discount. Since my receipt was emailed to me, I didn’t notice the omission until I got home. Check you receipt before you leave!!

I was at Jiffy lube Saturday. I went to the car wash and used the vacuums out front. As I was vacuuming I must have hit the lock button. So now I’m locked out of my car and everything is inside. My phone, my wallet and the keys.Jiffylube was still open. The door was locked so I went to the bay where they were working on the last car. I guess they close at 12, it was 11:40.I told the two guys that I locked my keys in my car. The younger one said we can’t help you. We don’t have the equipment. I said all I need is to use the phone, or maybe you could call AAA for me .No we can’t . I said I just need to use the phone for one call…. He said well you’ll have to wait…..I’m thinking by the time they are done, AAA could be there.So I went inside. There was 1 customer sitting in the waiting room. There was an employee behind the desk. I stood there, as he ignored me…..I finally said, I locked my keys in the car. Could I call AAA? No I can’t……I said well , could YOU call them for me? He said “ No …. Not from “MY”.phone….The customer is sitting there on his phone… just ignoring my conversation. I guess he couldn’t help me either…..What the hell is wrong with people???? I would have made the call for someone, one damn call?So I will never go to that Jiffylubethat shows me the character of people they hire to work there…..

I never received a receipt. I wasn't even given the option of having a paper one, somebody just came out and said that it would be emailed to me and then disappeared before in could even confirm what email address they had. I had an email coupon I showed when I pulled up and now I don't even know if it was redeemed or not. I have to wait and check my credit card transactions. Also, the whole thing was rushed and they did the bare minimum and had me in and out in literally 5 minutes. With prices starting at $60 for conventional oil, about $85 for synthetic blend and I think it was $110 for full synthetic this is a rip off. Per the website which I copied and pasted below I thought no matter the type of oil, I was supposed to get the vacuuming, checking tires and lights, and at the very least topping up washer fluid. They did literally nothing except drain and replace oil. I know because they said I had to sit in the car and couldn't go inside to wait when I tried to get out (weird), so I watched it all and because it was awkward was looking at the time on my phone and noticed the whole thing from pulling in to paying and pulling out was about 5 minutes. 100% certainty the dude never left the front of my car to check my tires or lights, did not touch anything except my oil. He lifted the hood, brought over a plastic tub thing and drained the old stuff, took it away, came back and refilled it, told me to start the car, started at it touching nothing for under a minute, told me to turn it off again and dropping the hood back down. I can't believe I paid 60 bucks for 5 minutes and didn't even get my washer fluid topped off.... If there is something below the Signature Oil Change that did not have any of the services listed below and that is what I received, I feel like they should have explained the tiers and given me an option. The only thing I was asked is what type of oil, conventional vs synthetic vs blend.
