About Lake chauncy trail head
Lake Chauncy Trail head offers a great walk around seventy five percent of whole lake shore. The path is nice, wide and has shade along much of its length. Restrooms are porta‑pottys in the pickleball parking lot across from beach. The trail runs alongside Chauncy Lake in Westborough, MA but does not go all the way around to beach. It is a beautiful, easy hike in fall with gorgeous fall colors. An abandoned crematorium used for state hospital for mentally ill is located at north‑west end of lake, a pretty freaky sight.

Beautiful place for a walk. There is an abandoned crematorium which was used for the state hospital for the mentally ill towards the north-west end of the Lake, or a separate branch of the pathway. Pretty freaky.
