The stock clerks are wonderful people I make it a point to interact every time we go to find or ask for info.. the cashiers are personable and good at checking out..
Managers are informative and smiling.. I love the excellent diversity of product.

I bought an $80 jacket at the Marshalls in Northborough… The tag was ripped in half when I purchased it but the price was printed in upper right corner so the associate confirmed the price based on the ticket and rang it up for me. I just tried to return the jacket as it didn’t fit well,, to the Marshalls in Marlboro because that’s where I live. I had the receipt, it was only two days after I purchased it, but the cashier looked the jacket up on her computer, and would not let me return it because she said that the tags didn’t match the jacket… Note that I had my receipt, that the numbers on the receipt matched the ticket, the ticket was attached to the jacket - it even had the original manufacturers tickets on it so I asked her if she was accusing me of swapping out the tickets and she said no but she couldn’t take the jacket back, that I had to go back to Northborough. I asked her why didn’t the associate do that when I bought it, and she said they should have. As a consumer who used to buy a lot of stuff at Marshalls, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. I will not be buying any Christmas presents there because my family is not local and I don’t want them to have to be accused of either swapping tags or be given the responsibility of training a sales associate. I will not be shopping there in the future for myself if I’m going to be accused of tickets swapping, I have never been so offended.

Cashiers need to be better trained. Wouldn’t let me take the bottom part of my two piece set and insisted the $40 price tag (that even said two pieces on it) was only for the top. I was in a rush so I didn’t have the time or energy to argue and paid 40 dollars for a top alone.

Tons of options even if you have difficulty finding large shirts and other things to fit into you can search through a lot of clothes in a quick amount of time.

Newly opened store. Located in a very convenient shopping center. TJmax Marshalls and home goods all 3 located in the same place makes it even more convenient to shop around
