I've had an ok experience here. I wish I didn't have to drop off my truck for the day every time I needed something done but that's the way it is I guess. Outside of the pricy OEM parts they use which you can find for much cheaper anywhere else the service is ok. They could do a better job with their service tracker system. Pretty much every time I come in I have to call them at the end of the day to see if my vehicle is ready because they never really notify me. I'll keep using them for my vehicle just because it's the closest service center to my house.

My truck is totalled and they claim no responsibility. I bought a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L "Elevation". I have been upside down on this loan since I purchased it. I bought the truck at 30,000 miles in August 2021. By the time I was at 40,000 miles, I owed more than $13,000 than the truck was worth. Not to mention, one of the rims was scratched before I drove it off the lot. This truck loan has been impossible to escape, it was financially ruining me. It is really upsetting to see them charge me the price of an SLT, when this is a basic trim level. This is just slimy. Now I am at 90,000 miles. The truck does not start. It abruptly stalled and stopped running. There are metal shavings in the oil. This could be up to $10,000 in damages. My truck is totaled and I am facing bankruptcy. GMC claims NO RESPONSIBILITY. GMC claims that there is NO MANUFACTURER ERROR. A lifter valve seriously fell out, and destroyed the engine, and motor. And they want me to pay for this. This is devastating, and it all started with unethical sales. DO NOT BUY FROM McGOVERN. DO NOT BUY A SIERRA. THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN. THE TRUCK WILL FAIL. THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU.

I’ve had nightmare dealings with car dealerships in the past but this was complete opposite. From walking in to then getting my vehicle it was a very positive experience. The communication has been top notch and the salesman, Zach, was extremely friendly, honest and very personable. The negotiation itself was the smoothest I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased the vehicle in MA but registered it in RI. I ended up meeting the “runner” at the DMV to swap cars which i found odd but even the runner was a great guy! I later spoke with who I believe was the sales manager as well who was very friendly once everything was squared away. I would 1000% recommend this dealer and specifically Zach for those individuals shopping for cars!

David V. is a great advisor. He recommended necessary services for my 2021 Buick Envision and was very professional. David V. also offered me a car drop service and was communicative about my car servicing progress via messages. A great dealership for servicing. Highly recommended.

I leave my truck to do a repair for 1 week on a emission system and my truck was not fixed, I drove for 5 miles then problem come back, I returned immediately to the dealer to check and the person said my truck was not tested before give me a ready for pick up and to fixed the problem I was supposed to pay more $500 for a new diagnostic, but I was already charged $1600 dollars for the repair… I requested my money back because I have already paid for the diagnostic and repair and they was asking for more $500, the service guy roughly give me my Key back without the repair even though I paid more than $1600 and didn't give my money back
Never mind I ll return to that service dealer with any of my trucks I do not recommend!!!!

I have purchased a few vehicles from McGovern GMC of Westborough and have a new GMC AT4 that I ordered some parts for including a tonneau cover and side steps. I went and picked up two boxes and got home to realize that they had given me the wrong parts/someone else’s order. Living close by I offered to drive back and pick up my parts and drop off what I assume to be another customers parts, but was told that I can’t; they closed the parts department at 5:30pm and by this point it was 5:40. Despite speaking with the manager, and the head of the parts department who was still onsite, I was told I’d have to come back another day. Now I have no tonneau cover to lock up my truck before I leave town and will have someone else’s parts sitting in my garage. The laissez-fairer/I don’t give a s+*t attitude is why this dealership has gone downhill, so I’ll be looking elsewhere in the future…
