Easy peasy lemon squeezy! I'm from out of state but needed labs drawn. This was close to where I was so I booked an appointment in advance. I arrive ten minutes early and checked in using the kiosk outside- which was SOOOO easy and cool how it read the ID and insurance cards. The employee popped out shortly after, and brought me inside the room, where he took the lab slip and filled out the stuff and took payment. He drew blood easy and painless and because I'm an extra bleeder, gave some extra taping. It was a STAT order so he said I should have it in a couple hours. I was out of the room 5 minutes after my appointment.

I an happy to say I had a wonderful experience. Kiosk in was quick and easy. Was in Quick and my tech Shaldon was wonderful. He was very professional, gave a warm greeting, and blood draw was quick and painless?thank you for taking Care of me.

Two major RED FLAGS!1) The Phlebotomist at this site withdrew the blood for a test in the past visit, but never sent the result to my doctor or created an error in even registering the test against my name.2) This time the Phlebotomist gave me a higher amount for a pending bill and refused to give me the bill number or a reference code to pay the bill. He said that he would be unable to do the blood work unless I pay the bill but refused to give me any further details about the bill itself and just kept asking me to pay the bill. The phlebotomist gave me a SPAM number to call to get information about the bill!! I got the correct number online. When I checked the bill online after receiving the bill number from a phone agent, the actual bill amount was for a lower amount.

Came in for bloodwork around 9:00 am on a Friday. Check-in was quick, the phlebotomist was professional and efficient, and there was more than enough social-distanced seating with 4 or 5 other people being there.My only issue was that the check-in experience is fairly impersonal, which was fine for me but not for everyone - when a couple who didn't seem very comfortable with the digital check in kiosk needed help scanning their cards, they asked me for help since they had seen me do it quickly, rather than someone from the front desk stepping in.

Had an appointment there at 3:45. The door was closed with a sign "back at 1:30"I knock, no answer. Though I can hear an employee talking about having to go to court and her anklet monitor. Great business they're running there

Quest is dirty and the staff is rude and twice now they were in a hurry and gave me a hematoma and a lump in my arm from rushing and doing a horrible job!

I’m trying to get my blood work done for my doctor and the line is always busy when I go to make an appointment. It tells me to go to the website to make an appointment BUT THE WEBSITE WONT EVEN WORK

Don't waste your time. I scheduled an appointment online for standard bloodwork well in advance, and received a reminder email the day before for my appointment. When I showed up, there was a sign saying they were closed for the holiday. Yes, it's the day after Thanksgiving, thus the reason I scheduled an appointment in advance. I couldn't get through to anyone at Quest Diagnostics, or even leave a message via phone either. I wound up taking my quest diagnostics lab slip to the Milford Regional Medical Center Outpatient lab, and received prompt, walk-in, friendly service.Update: Hilarious that I received an email today at 4:00PM stating my appointment that was scheduled for 8:30AM today was cancelled due to building maintenance. Yeah, too little too late...8 hours too late. Unfortunately there's no way to contact customer service to report these issues, thus my only option to be heard is to inform those who read reviews on Google.

Don't trust the hours listed online. They close early. I arrived at 15 minutes before closing time and she refused to draw my son's blood. She kept apologizing that she closes 10 minutes before the listed time. I showed he that it was currently 15 minutes prior and she still refused. CHANGE THE TIMES ON YOUR WESITE! I took time off work to get there and she still refused. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Dear Quest Support/Patient Advocate: Regarding your response to my previous review which states (verbatim) ".....were very sorry IF if this was your experience at Quest". What's with the "IF"? Clearly you can check your billing records and my name for May 8th, 2019 to know that I came in for a blood draw. You can also see the picture that I uploaded to this site within days of my appointment which clearly shows a 3 inch bruise on my right arm. So is photographic evidence not enough for you to believe this is an accurate representation of my experience at Quest? Or are you implying that this is a self-inflicted bruise meant to publicly disparage quest diagnostics? I mean you tell me? is an excruciatingly painful draw and a giant 3" diameter bruise a normal experience at Quest? Because this is the first time I've ever had such a painful and aggressive blood draw in my life. So if you don't believe your own records and a photograph of the results of your phlebotomists handiwork, then you're not really "advocating" for your patients, but rather attacking their integrity and honesty. The public can draw their own conclusions about my review. Pictures don't lie.

Exceptional service! The phlebotomist, Jen is fantastic at her job. I have hard to find veins but not only was she very professional and caring but she put me at ease by finding my vein on the first try. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to have thier blood drawn.
