went to fill up my Pilot. The pump didn't auto-shut off as it's supposed to and it spilled about a gallon of gas onto the side of my car, and onto my sneakers.The sneakers are now in the garbage and I'm on my way to have my car washed.I told the guy in the office what happened, and he really did not care. Didn't offer me a free car wash, just looked at me like I was insane.Will not go back. The sneakers were about $100+ and are soaked with gasoline.I'd give them no stars but google won't let me.

Worst Shell ever. EVER. First the pump wouldn't take cards, and when it finally did, it kept not being able to read it. The cards wouldnt insert. Wouldn't read. Especially stop and shop discount. So I had to go in, prepay, and the guy forgot to select the damn grade of fuel. So he had to void it. Then my points wouldn't go back on S&S card. I tried asking them to just give me the dollar off. They refused. Now they're telling me I have to go through S&S to get my points back when they're the ones who made the error, in the first place. Wasted half my lunch break trying to get gas, which I never got, and now I'm out my points too, that I spent hard earned money in groceries to get. What a @&#$ SHOW!! Nevermind the manager could have given me the money off. The cashier even told her how much it was. Could've even figured it out from my total, but NO, gotta make my life hard. I am now playing games trying to get my points back, which I doubt I will, and I Will likely have to call SHELL to complain to get them back. WINNING!

Can’t even hear the one advertisement because the other advertisement is blasting, turning both into a horrid cacophony of advertisement, but you don’t even know what you’re being advertised.One star because of the auditory assault
