Excellent service from start to finish.
Starting with an introduction from Madeleine at Simply Windows, on the many different window treatments. Not knowing exactly what we wanted for our needs, she was great at explaining the many options. Then she matched us up with Monique who did a home visit. Monique was perfect at listening to our likes and dislikes, and then suggesting possibilities that would best work in our rooms, followed by helping make the final decisions. Communications from both Madeleine and Monique kept us informed throughout the entire process …. and finally install by Bobby was very professional. End result- very happy with our updated windows! Would definitely work with Madeleine and Simply Windows for future window treatment needs.

I have used Simply Windows twice to replace window shades. It does take some time between scheduling a visit to pick out shades and install, which is more than understandable. Both appointments have gone flawlessly for me. The people from Simply Windows are really great to work with.

Simply Windows is a wonderful customer friendly company. Madeleine came to the house and patiently and discussed our project. She suggested ways to keep costs down while getting results we wanted. Our experience with the Simply Windows team has been nothing short of excellent from the initial contact with Madeleine, to the two design consults with Frances to the installation with Bobby. Excellent experience with Simply Windows. Good product selection. Shades fit the windows perfectly. Appointments at our house happened on time. We had a post installation question that was resolved quickly. Friendly and professional people! My wife and I used to be in the window treatment business. We recognize and appreciate a project done well.

Great experience from the start to finish working with the Simply Windows team. Kendra knows her products very well and has been very helpful with selection of the blinds. Bobby worked meticulously during the installation. Overall process from the first meeting to select the blinds, placing the order and finishing with the installation was fast (about 3 weeks). Communication during this process was clear and timely. The quality is very good. We had a pleasant experience with Simply Windows.
