I had very bad experience in Westborough Supercuts today. she asked the first layer to start, i said from shoulder but she made all my hair to shoulder. I warned her also that you’re making too short, she did whatever she want.I always go to shrewsbury Supercuts that was really good.

Supercuts is a great place for a man to get a haircut. My husband loved his haircut and liked the way he was treated there.He came out smiling about what a a good experience.Note:When I called to set up an appointment I was told to call back on the day you want the haircut.

Ok, I understand everywhere is short staffed right now, but please hire more hairdressers for the weekends! Most of us work, so we can't get our haircut on weekdays... It is literally impossible to book a haircut at this location on a Saturday. I set an alarm because I know how hard this can be, and logged in and tried to checkin, exactly at 0900 and the website says that they are not accepting online checkin, and to call, so I call and the line is busy, call, call again, busy at this point in I'm the car and driving because we have a full day planned with my kids on one of my only days off from work. So I walk in at 0906, six minutes after open, and they say the wait is 3 hours even though there is only one person waiting... They were extremely rude, and their next available appointment is 1230, literally a 3 hour wait, so now check in online is open and I can checkin online at 1230, it's now 0907 and this is not an option for me unfortunately. Please be nice to your customers, I was obviously very frustrated, I just need a 5 minute buzz cut... a little kindness goes a long way, I will never be coming back, I'll make the longer drive to Northborough where I can actually get a haircut on a weekend.Getting a haircut shouldn't be harder than getting Taylor Swift tickets

I went in for a haircut. Before I went in my hair went a bit more than the bottom of my nose. This is what I told them. “Take one inch off the top and leave the rest”. She then proceeded to cut my hair and after the cut I had my hair not even go to the bottom of my forehead. The amount of hair she cut is 2 1/2 inches. I told the young lady to layer my hair and cut 1/2 an inch off. Did not layer anything and barely cut it at all. No one was waiting so I don’t know why she wouldn’t have taken the time to cut it properly….. won’t be going back again….?Service: Long haircut

Don’t go here near closing time. They will tell you even if you get here before closing time that they don’t want you. Quality customer service is dead post covid
