I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store this morning around 10:15 AM. When I walked in, I waited about 5 minutes at the front desk with no one there to assist me. Eventually, I had to call out for help. The staff member clearly heard me enter and call but came out very slowly, without greeting me or saying a single word.
When I told her I wanted to drop off a package, she still didn’t respond. I asked if she needed the barcode to scan, and she silently picked up the scanner and completed the process without saying anything. Not even a simple “Hi” or “You’re all set.” At first, I thought maybe she couldn’t speak, but after I said “thank you,” she immediately started speaking to her coworker in another language.
This was by far the worst UPS Store experience I’ve ever had. Basic courtesy like greeting customers and acknowledging them goes a long way, and I didn’t receive that here.

Went in to have a letter overnighted to my son, the counter person was difficult to understand(accent) and when I verbally told her the address she mis typed it and then asked for my phone. She also appeared to have trouble navigating and entering data into the UPS system. She couldn't verify the address, and claimed it was not in UPS database. She asked if this was a new location, and it is not. The apartment complex has been in place for a few years. She said she would send it anyway, but I was not comfotable with that answer. I had been at this store previously and she also had trouble processing the order, and needed another associate to complete it. I left very disappointed as now I had to go 4-5 miles further to another store. This time I went to Staples, and the clerk had NO issues entering the same data, and verifying the address in UPS system!!! I had to pay $10 more to overnight it, so not happy about that either. All due to an incompetent employee. I will be taking my business to Fedex, even though they are usually a little more $$$, the peace of mind and not dealing with inept individuals is worth it.

EXCELLENT service. I needed a grandfather clock case shipped to rural Montana. The crate that Arvind built was rock solid. The packing material was perfect to prevent any damage. He provided assistance in tracking the crate as the clock traversed the country. He clearly understood the sentimental value of this clock which my father made. Another benefit was the cost to package and ship the clock was less than virtually all of the other quotes I received (and those did not include packing). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Arvind and his USPS Store.

Store closes at 6:30 PM and I was at the store door at 6:27 PM. The door was already locked and I asked staff to open the store so that I can give package. He said store is closed at 6:28PM.
It’s terrible service and frustrating

The folks in the store are always so kind. They are professional and helpful. I got a print order from them and will continue to do so in the future as their prices are the same as a big box store and they are small owner locations!

The walk-in Notary service is supposed to be available from open until 3pm Monday-Friday. I drove 40mins to this location on a Tuesday after having a busy day. I arrived for the notary service at 2:30pm but was told that the Notary person who does the service LEFT EARLY and to try again Wednesday. No thank you!! WHY WOULD THEY NOT STAY UNTIL THEIR SHIFT IS OVER??? I have to guess when they will be there or if they will leave early??!! Ridiculous!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My relative was sending me a gift and the shipper got the address wrong. As a result, it got sent to Westborough, not Westford, where I live. After some inquiries (including knocking on the door of the wrong house), I found out the package was sent back to UPS store, specifically this store. Now my husband went in at 11am to look for the package. The package wasn’t there because we later found out it got sent back to the wrong house. The man working there said that he should come back later to search for the package, since it might be here. The lady at the house said she sent it back to UPS at 12pm. We came back at 6:26pm (I know it’s cutting it close, but we were told to come back), and the person working there claimed that there’s no information. He claimed that the package wasn’t here and the tracking information says it’s delivered. This was really weird because the lady was adamant she sent it back to this location. At 7:30pm, I tracked the package again and found out it was on its way back to the sender due to not picking it up at the Access Point on time. Guess what? I was there! The package was clearly not there! If I knew the package was legit on the truck, I would have asked they search for it. Why they didn’t hold the package for a day, knowing that we were looking for it, is beyond me. I will be reporting them to the UPS customer relation line. They are horrible. Now I’m stuck searching for my package/trying to get it from the shipper, who is equally as horrible for getting the address wrong in the first place.

Just watched at least 7 people, myself included, in the last 10 minutes try to get into UPS (it’s 10:30 on a Sunday 3 days before Christmas, they’re supposed to be open at 10) not be able to get in because no one is working. 👍

Completely unhelpful when a shipping label PROVIDED BY UPS would not scan correctly. The woman at the counter could have easily entered the numeric shipment code, but refused to do so.
I went to the Shrewsbury franchise and they easily handled the shipment. Save yourself aggravation, drive a few extra miles to Shrewsbury.

In the past 10 years I’ve only written 2 negative reviews and this is one of them. For their sake I hope this is a money laundering front 😆 they made excuses as to why they didn’t help the 5 people in front of me and then made me wait an hour making up things along the way as to why it was slow (I only needed one sheet printed) and then ended up saying “the printer wasn’t working” after all.

Worst Franchise of UPS, they force you to buy the boxes from them in order to make money.
To the Owner - I am not here to loot and lynch people, like you are. All your 1 star reviews point out towards the same. I guess all your clients think alike and your rating is 2.4 and they all must be fake and you are the genuine person ? That’s the most pathetic reply any owner can give. Just to defend your self you want to downsize your customers.
I was not and never was looking at any freebies. You guys made me trash the box which was packed by me and made me use the other box with the excuse that the original packed box is not good.
I do not have any expectations from an owner like your self who is low in esteem and standard less and your reply proves the point BUT we used the service looking at the UPS signage and will provide the feedback to UPS about the franchisee like you who cheat and loot customers:

The store's customer service is substandard with slow or no service even when faced with a long queue. During a recent visit, an employee was observed eating while customers waited in line. This behavior reflects poorly on the franchise and warrants attention from the owner to improve the overall service quality.

Never open on time, closes early.
Was there at 5.30pm and then at 9am couple days later. Store was closed. Please change ownership/management of this location.
