Had a shipment delivered directlyto the store and was forced to pay $12.00 to receive my package even though I already paid the merchant for shipping. I don't appreciate being extorted and will follow-up by filing a complaint to the UPS CEO at corporate.

These people are So rude, miserable with attitude all the time plus they are scammers , you go with the original packaging item to return and they ask about box and they don’t accept it if you don’t buy one from them , all the time something to not accept your package, I have send thousands of products in other ups stores (I am an Amazon seller) and this is the only store that they TRYING always to give you hard time! It’s convenience for the people in the area but a little bit more drive to not give business to this people worth ,believe me!

All information show they open weekdays at 8 am. Went at 8 am and waited until 8:20. Nobody showed up to open the store.

Terrible service. My wife went there with a return from LL Bean, and they wouldn’t take the included return label. We have to print one on our own (I guess that technology doesn’t exist at the store?) they also wouldn’t sell her a plain box or brown wrapping paper to put it in. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible store ! The sign said open till three and they just let someone in at 130 and when I went in they told me they are closed ! I drove 30 minutes with a new born to return something and they turned me away even though google and the store sign said open! DO NOT GO THERE … plus they are Always short staffed

I hate going there because the owners are very unpleasant to talk to. They are rude and miserable to deal with. The simplest things like asking for a piece of tape or to throw something away gets you a dirty look or a rude comment. For example, never ask for a second piece of tape. You will get a sermon explaining that she already gave you a complementary piece of tape. Also, if it is busy, the male owner will just sit on the chair and not help. I once ask if he could help and he said he was too busy.

Absolute worst customer service. UPS lost my overnight envelope (which happens I understand) and the franchise I sent it from refuses to help get a refund. They say they open a claim - they don't, they say they'll call me the next day, they don't. 6 weeks later they still lie about what's goin on just to get me to leave. I said, "can you understand why this is frustrating?" and the rep says "for who?" Unreal.

If there is a possibility I would have given ZERO star! This is the worst customer service that I have ever had!!!There was a package that was delivered by UPS on Monday to my home. The package was damaged when it was delivered. The box has holes and tears on the side and the shape of the box is deformed. It could also be seen from UPS delivery photo that box was damaged. I went to this UPS store around 6pm on Wednesday to return because the store is close to my home. There was a lady at the store and she refused to accept the box stating the box is not “taped” properly. I was so frustrated and asked if UPS can’t take it, how could it be delivered like this? The lady told me that’s not their problem and asked me to contact UPS Corporate for this issue. Again, she reiterated she can’t accept a box like this as the driver wouldn’t take it and I need to tape it properly. I asked her if I could borrow her tape to tape the box. Guess what, she refused again!!! She said “you can’t borrow it. You need to purchase it”. I grabbed a tape from the shelf, got down on the floor(as the box is big); taped all sides of the box and used the tape to cover the tears and holes of that box. During the entire processes, one other customer came over and asked if I need help but she didn’t. She was just standing there giving me INSTRUCTIONS on where to tape even after all other customers are gone. After I taped the box, she made sure I PAID for the tape before taking my QR code for return. So I was FORCED to pay over 10 bucks for the tape to tape a damaged box delivered by UPS in order to return it! When we are in the process of scanning the QR code, another guy came out and brought up even if the box is delivered, I could have called UPS at the time and asked them to pick it up from my home. If asking UPS to pick it up from my home is an option, why is it such a pain to return it to the UPS store?! The process was so frustrating and long. When we were done, it was around 6:40pm and she rushed me out saying they should be closed by 6:30pm. What a HORRIBLE experience!

They charged me $2 to print a Amazon return shipping label and they never shipped the item! Amazon is saying they never got it and tracking number is showing the item never was shipped. Scammed by this store! Never going here again!

Everything was packed up! Just needed a couple of pieces of tape! The guy at the counter would only give me one piece of tap!! This is very poor services! I needed at less 2 pieces of tape! I hope that my shipping label stays on!! This was the Westboro store

Staff used to be very nice. New staff takes their time and ignores you. Took 5 days for a package to go out that I had to return to the sender, not really sure why it took that long. If you can help it, don't go to this location.

This is probably a store that I drop off packages too often only because of location convenience. However it has been so bad lately and I always say to myself “ill give the owners another shot” and return to this location but I might just make the extra trip to a different one because everytime I come here before work (mind you supposedly they have posted that they open at 8) and I pulled into the parking lot at 8:11 and they still aren’t open. Mind you I get that things happen it’s your own business do what you will but when you open up practically a half hour after your listed time (finally opened at 8:20) that’s very unprofessional and then to continue to open your store and have a line of customers waiting while you log into your computer and your husband is nose deep in his phone and making a phone call loud as can be? They are so dismissive and unapproachable it’s not even funny. This is a joke of store ownership, time to close up shop if I’d say so myself if you’re not going to have any customer service or professional skills.

This is a terrible business. The female owner who works the front is openly rude and dismissive of customers while being incompetent. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for their services
