My pets love them. Having a plan that gives me 24 hr access to staff (even after hours) by chat really help assess the situation & get (non emergency) care they need, set up for first thing in the morning.

I can't reccomend VCA Westboro enough. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Never waiting more than a day to be seen. Kindness matters and it seems that is their motto.

It's nearly impossible to find a vet for a rabbit even for end of life help. A rabbits life has meaning. Shelters ask us to take in rabbits but only VCA Westboro was there to help my Sonny when no other vet would help him because he was a rabbit, Thank you

Dr Klein has always been super helpful with our more unusual pets (bearded dragons and fancy rats), and our Frenchie has also gotten great support and suggestions on better diet and medical issues.Great hours and very responsive staff. Highly recommended.

The staff and Dr. Na are amazing here. We have pet rats and are so fortunate to live so close to a vet that can treat them. Scheduling is very easy and the service is top notch!

Staff is kind and helpful. Great services and prices. I did have a bad experience with neutering my dog. The antibiotic made him sick, and after calling they mentioned a probiotic and that they would switch his medicine. I didn't check the label, and the second medicine was another antibiotic. Rudy stayed sick, and after this experience he doesn't trust when I give him food anymore. To have a major behavioral change due to vet care is alarming. I then found out that my friends got their dogs neutered and they didn't need an antibiotic. I watch Rudy like a hawk, so why was he given it in the first place? Why was he given it again after hearing how sick he became? I moved, but would still use their services other than neutering. I was already hesitant with the process, but after this experience, I do not want to neuter any dogs I get in the future.

I brought my dog Sophie here in an emergency, she was having accidents around the house. I knew something was wrong. They got me in the same day and I met Dr. Leavey. She examined Sophie with patience and care. They ran a few tests and in two days we got the results. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with kidney disease. Dr. Leavey was so kind explaining the results and this disease over the phone. She took her time and answered my questions. I will continue to bring Sophie to the VCA. They’re a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I know my dog is in good hands with the VCA.

Would give them negative stars if I could. Dr. Na is the absolute worst. First, he tells me what issues I have going on with my cats in the most condescending manner I have ever heard. I brought them here for their check-ups, and BECAUSE of said issues, thanks. He prescribed them both medicine that I had to bring back TWICE because one of my cats became ill from it. He charged me each time over $100 for each medication; when I told him that I literally couldn't afford to keep buying new meds he kept claiming would work, he very begrudgingly offered the last med to me on the house.None of the medications ended up working out for my cats. Their ear infections persisted despite the drops he gave me, and there wasn't enough medication in the vial for all 5 days of the treatment. He also didn't feel the need to tell me how much my cat's vaccines, appointments, or medications were going to be, just asked if I wanted them. Turns out each cat was about $400, which I found out AFTER he applied all the treatments, so there was no way for me to refuse. And after all that, one of my two cats, Babbi, passed away almost a month later due to sepsis from a different condition Dr. Na didn't check out, or inform me of, during all of this.My lifelong cat is now dead, and I am over $2000 in debt, and I blame Dr. Na. Don't allow your pets to be seen by this doctor. He will kill them, inadvertently or not.

I had an appointment for March 14th that I was asked to reschedule because of the impending snowstorm. I rescheduled for March 16th show up for the appointment at 9:30 and I'm told we don't know that you have an appointment. After waiting 20 minutes I was then told I would have to wait another 30 minutes to be seen. What is the point of having an appointment? What is the point of having two appointments on two different days? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Do not trust their Facebook reviews as they block anyone who leaves a negative review. Actually one of the rudest experiences while on the phone with reception. The woman actually laughed at my sister (she had the receptionist on speaker phone) mockingly in addition to being condescending and she was clearly upset that she had to to her job. Unacceptable behavior and VCA should be ashamed that they hired such horrible staff. And this has been the experience with this place for over a year…. If they treat the humans like this just imagine how they treat your pets.

IF YOU TRY AND LEAVE A NEGATIVE RECIEW ON THEIR FACEBOOK THEY BLOCK YOU SO DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON FB. This clinic was once an enjoyable place to bring animals. They are currently staffed with absolute brats who lack experience and customer service abilities. It is appalling the behavior they allow their front desk coordinators to display; they have many reviews citing treatment from the front of house as reasons for leaving yet do not seem eager to eradicate the problem workers. I hope they either close down or get a complete revamp with someone at the helm who understands how to run a business with customer service as a priority. If you choose to go to them for your pet care be prepared for unprofessionalism and rudeness. If you were returning, like myself and family, because you liked the care your pet received from Dr. Klein, sadly she retired so I would avoid this place at all costs.

Wallet drainers. While their service are decent, the price is absolutely insane and the way the system is setup, you cant escape it. In my case, my dog had an ear infection and treatment was either $140 for one single shot of medicine in both ear or $320 for a ear cleaner and a small bottle of same medicine but I would have to apply it myself at home everyday. The second option sounded nice so I paid $320 and took medicine and a ear cleaner. The vet told me to check up again 2 weeks later to see if the medicine is working well. I took my dog after 2 weeks and the different vet there put a Q-tip in the ear and it had a dirt on it then the vet wasn’t sure whether it was a dirt or infection so he took the sample to examine with microscope, and as soon as he touches microscope thats another $140 charge. So first visit $320 then second $140 plus half discount they said, so $390. The $70 charge on 2nd visit seemed redundant and unreasonable plus $320 for a solution and 10ml bottle is crazy. Transiting to community animal hospital in route 20.
