My phone died in the night and I couldn’t get it to reboot. I really needed it for work today. I went to this Verizon in Westboro right when it opened at 9am and Randy fixed it for me within minutes. I’m so appreciative! And thanks for opening at 9! The other stores are 10 and 11 and that’s late when you’re needing help. Thank you!

I went in because the SIM card was no longer being recognized by my phone. While they did resolve the issue, I was told to pay $10 for a new SIM and this was not made clear before it was installed.

Allie was fantastic! I went to upgrade my current Samsung phone. I was in and out of there in about an hour which was amazing. Allie was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going to this Verizon store in Westboro.

Had a great experience switching over my broken phone to the new S24. Curtis was over-the-top helpful and the whole crew there were very personal and kind. Honestly, I will use this as my home store even though I don't live near here. Thanks guys!

I've ordered phones multiple times from this store and it has always been a hassle. You think we would have learned by now not to use this store. Our most recent phone order was supposed to arrive a week and a half ago. Not only did the phone not arrive, it has been impossible to get through to the store because they won't answer their phone line. Don't go to this store unless you want a headache.

Allie was very helpful. She explained it was going to take awhile to transfer my data to new phone and if I wanted to come back in an hour or so she would have it ready. When I got back she was manually putting in my contacts as the system was giving her trouble. I told it was unnecessary and I could do it. That was very nice of her to take the time.

I arrived on time for a scheduled appointment and waited almost an hour with zero greeting or acknowledgement. The only person working was helping another client and was on the phone the whole time, so I couldn’t ask how long it would be. I finally interrupted and asked, and he said he had no idea how much longer, that this location was understaffed and can’t guarantee appointments. He was nice enough and I know he was stressed too but Verizon needs to better support employees or at least make it clear to customers that appointments mean absolutely nothing. Huge waste of time
