I bought a Lexus es350 2014 from here about 4 months ago and they probably knew the AC was broken and did not even let me know I didn’t think too much of it since it was snowing and cold at the time. Now it’s gonna be a $1400 job. Watch out for them. Car had sunroof issues they never mentioned either and I know they definitely thoroughly check their cars before they buy them to sell to their customers.

Bought a car a few months back, was fine until it wasn’t- after having it checked out, turns out parts were replaced with ones that don’t fit the vehicle, likely from the junkyard & “work was done very poorly” is what the dealership I had to take it to for repairs said. Be careful. They do have a wide selection of affordable cars but I would have a mechanic go over any car you’re thinking of buying before purchasing.
Edit to add since I can’t reply to their response- bought car end of march, it’s now may- did not have it for 8 months . Was driving fine but had a service light which prompted mechanic visit, where they told me the work done on it was horrible with stripped bolts and wrong parts- 1k later to fix what should’ve never been broken: no did not contact you because I live an hour away, you clearly didn’t fix it right the first time and like to have people sign papers agreeing to be responsible for repairs if they don’t pay full price, also like other reviews state he doesn’t seem to be willing to make things right . Just buy at your own risk & be careful

I had an awful experience. I am going to the AG. A&Z said they changed the tires and brakes they lied. My tires kept leaking. I had to spend 1500$ A&Z would not reimburse me even though I returned the car to A&Z several times. I paid cash, 9,200$. They had the audacity to tell me if I purchase another car, they would give me a discount 😕 you are lying, i have text messages starting in December. I purchased the car on december 7th, and i have been texting and bringing my car to you thieves in December. You told me you changed the tires. You told me you changed the brakes. Lastly, you said the car was tuned up. ALL LIES.

Both myself and my husband highly recommend A&Z autos! In the past five months, we both needed to replace our vehicles. Highly recommend A&Z auto. I purchased a 2015 Subaru Impreza from them about a month ago. Car runs great and had no issues passing MA inspection. I also was not able to meet with them during their business hours but they were kind enough to stay late for me to look at and test drive the vehicle.
