i received gas at price significantly higher than i ordered over the phone. when called to sort it out with the customer support i was basically told to pound sand and pay up. Will never use AmeriGas ever again.

Not at all happy with Amerigas since they centralized their ordering. They tried to charge me a $50 fee for using a credit card to pay a $200 bill. Im switching to someone local (Price for Propane is $1.00 / gallon more than buying it at Central Tractor FYI)

As most one star reviews go I would give less but it’s not an option. We called them to check our propane fireplace for a leak. It smelled odd but not like rotten eggs. They sent someone to the house. When the person arrived we were told that they don’t do leak inspections inside the house. This is something they didn’t but could have mentioned on the phone. Then they walked over to the tank and said that it was raining so they weren’t going to do anything anyway. I was billed almost $300 for this non service call that they don’t provide. When I called them I was forwarded to a call center in a different country and was treated fairly well ( let’s give them that star). I was told that even in the notes the employee made that he didn’t perform any work or inspection because of the weather. Then I was given a FULL credit and a reference number. I thanked them them and thought that was all. After receiving another bill I repeated the call to a foreign country , same result. All smiles. I now have in possession a native to terminated my service due to non payment. I am happy to terminate the “ service “ that I am paying for but not receiving.

I am a new customer and had a difficult time reaching a person to order propane as a new customer. The automated call center is substandard. When I finally reached a customer service representative to open an account and get my gas delivered, the bill came with the prior owner's name. It also had a late service charge. Again, I had to deal with the automated call center before I could talk to a real person to straighten out my account.

I have fuel assistance I've called and called and it still says I have a balance all the people I have talked to do not seem to know what they r doing and Noone is in the same page its extremely frustrating

Very poor. Person did not answer my questions. Was clearly reading from a prompted answer. Kept saying the same line over and over.

until this year that company was OK, this year it started to disappoint me, they made deliveries where was written ,,start at 20 % and finish at 80%" but really was more 20% and less 80%! ....When I called them and tell that in my tank you not delivered until 80% but 75% and I have a proof, I did a picture after your delivery. They told ,,sorry we will return money for 5% to your account" .it pass more weeks and they haven't sent or returned anything...when i called them they don't know, why it happened .......other situations was when my husband can't delete online account and call them and told that I moved and cancel please this account, ok next 10 work days we will send you confirmation ....after some weeks they made automatic delivery with my husband name again!

Horrible experience all the time since I switched to Amerigas on an offer mailed to me 2 years ago. Consistently over charged and never credited with the right over paid balances, non english speaking untrained customer service staff since Amerigas closed the local Customer Service Offices. I am switching back to my old company asap. Also, I've been given deliveries I did not concent to which has prevented me from switching companies.!!!
