This place is so friendly. everyone is so friendly. the workers are always on top of everything and the easiest people to talk to. makes going to the gym worth while. Nesser especially. Helped me with shoulder stiffness and pain that completely changed my upper body workout mobility and joint strength

My favorite gym in Westfield!! The staff is so friendly and a great resource for gym beginners. I really like that the gym is open 24/7 for members and has free weights!
