Omar at auto wings dealership did great in finding me a new car when I was in a car accident last year and my car was totaled, his prices are reasonable, no hidden fees at all, and the process is very smooth, he kept me updated throughout the process, highly recommended.

This right here is an honest man! Auto Wings helped us get my son into the vehicle of his dreams! 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. Let me tell you this vehicle is beautiful perfect condition. To be honest I'm a tad jealous that Jeep is so beautiful! 2 days after driving to work my son had an overheating issue. Called Omar at Auto Wings he was out of the Country and this man still made the necessary calls to get my vehicle in to a mechanic and have the water pump replaced! No one could predict that an issue would arise. No questions asked the vehicle was sent to Springfield and taken care the next day! I/we will definitely go back to Auto Wings for a vehicle! Thank you, Omar, for being a HONEST and reputable Auto dealership. I'll send people your way my friend!

Process from start to finish is amazing. I checked out Omar’s listing solely off the google reviews and he didn’t disappoint. He was understanding, very responsive and respectful. He allowed my sister and mechanic to do the test drive and check it out because I got sick and was unable to go myself. He worked with my work schedule and allowed me to come by Saturday very close to closing time so I could pay down on the vehicle. He even encouraged me to test drive it myself. So far, very pleasurable experience and honestly this is the first used car dealership I can say I trust. Thank you Omar!

Whenever I'm making any significant deal, I tend to focus on the way the sales person approaches. I dropped in unannounced on weekend to check the car and Omar happily managed the test drive with smiles. When he was informed that I'm interested and needs help with finance, he suggested the best option for me although that might delay or potentially lose the lead. I believe, you should seek for someone like Omar to make deals with who puts your well being & convenience first. Not everything's needs to be shiny to actually hold true value. Give him a try, at least you will have a friend.

I just bought a used car at auto wings and it was a 10/10 experience! Omar was a great help and the process was super easy. The car I bought was in excellent condition and very affordable. Definitely recommend auto wings if you're looking to buy a car.

On August 28th, 2024, My husband and I ( JAMES and NANCY FALZONE-CARDINAL), collectively 💞 bought a used 2012 ECONOLINE CARGO VAN, from AUTO WINGS COP in Westfield. We needed a vehicle with a hydraulic lift to respect the changing medical and mobility needs of our beloved disabled family ❤️member. While the van is imperfect, (as many older vehicles would understandably be), OMAR ALJARRAH has been the PERFECTLY sincere, friendly, kind, respectful, patient, honest, ethical, hard working, type of gentleman that all buyers deserve to work with. Upon first meeting Omar, all of the goodness within him could instantly be felt, and that feeling has never wavered. Omar is always approachable, and he cheerfully repaired the few things asked of him. Signing the sales contract, and providing our financial payment, feels like more to Jimmy and me, than only having 'sealed the purchase deal'. Because when get your keys, and drive your vehicle off of the Auto Wing Cop site, you feel🙏 BLESSED to realize that you've found a new friend ☺️ in Omar.

I bought a used car from Omar, and while the first car ended up having major maintenance issues, Omar went above and beyond to make things right. He worked hard to fix the car, but when Honda couldn’t resolve the issue in a timely manner, Omar traded it for another car and made sure I was taken care of. He’s an honest and trustworthy guy who genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

So… I did not end up buying the truck, but Omar was an absolute professional. Since I am out of state, he went out of his way and dropped off the truck at a third party mechanic. The mechanic noticed some things I was not willing to deal with so Omar and I parted as friends.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Omar was honest and professional from the start. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Santa fe for my son and Omar went above and beyond for us. He took care of everything we discussed quickly and was always available if I had any questions. He made the process seamless and easy and had great communication. The car was even washed and filled with gas when we picked it up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car. Thank you again Omar for all your help.

We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at Auto Wings COP. It was best used car purchase experience we have ever had. Omer was open, honest and accommodating. During the test drive, we noticed that the brakes were a little low. Omer replaced the pads and rotors and got the car ready quickly.We are so pleased with this purchase, we are recommending him to friends and family.Bruce and Kathy Meunier
