They provide free check engine light scans and are quick to help customers find the correct parts, such as batteries and fuel filters. Employees do a great job replacing batteries, even cleaning up corroded and rusted terminals, going out of their way to install them correctly. While some note that experiences can vary and you have to pick and choose, many customers report being pleased and state they will be getting their auto parts there from now on, becoming regular customers.
The terminal on my battery was really corroded. Battery tested bad. I bought a new one and they did a great job replacing it

Went to the westfield store today and explained my problem with a fuel filter on my F350 diesel. The clerk was very understanding of my situation and took care of my problem. I will be a regular AutoZone customer from now on.
