AutoZone East Main St in Westfield, MA is a leading retailer of auto parts and accessories. The staff is very helpful, pleasant, and understanding. They provide free check engine light scans and are quick to help customers find the correct parts, such as batteries and fuel filters. Employees do a great job replacing batteries, even cleaning up corroded and rusted terminals, going out of their way to install them correctly. While some note that experiences can vary and you have to pick and choose, many customers report being pleased and state they will be getting their auto parts there from now on, becoming regular customers.
Shout out to Jarrett for outstanding customer service! He resolved the issue with my windshield wiper quickly and at no extra cost. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really meant a lot and definitely did not go unnoticed.
