Time to spill the Tea 🍵 🤪. Not because ur a customer who has an account and a mortgage for the past few years. Who's is never late, this doesn't mean you will be approved for a loan. Doesn't matter if you produced every documents that's required, doesn't mean you will get the loan, doesn't matter if you have Equity, doesn't mean you will get the loan. It doesn't matter that the amount that ur requesting is going back into the same property ur paying on like get a new roof, it doesn't mean you will get the loan. Keep this in mind the next time applying for a loan at ESB.

Visited branch today in Westfield. They placed their political view right outside the branch. Really disappointed.

I work with Denise 99% of the time I've come into the bank surprisingly it seems as though she never stops working and is always there and kind each time I'm there, very patient, extremely nice to me no matter what I look like or how I'm feeling or what I say to her she handles everything so well! And I love the woman who really runs the bank 100%, she's there in an office and she's very awesome to work with and talk to she's great I don't know her name sadly but she runs the bank or manages I do really appreciate her kindness she always gives me and all the work they put into accommodate me if I'm ever in any kind of a jam. This is a great bank and it's because of the management and I just deal with Denise and walk out quickly. So thank you to Denise she's amazing and the manager is just the tops she's the best!

Went to cash a check at the Westfield branch and was told they would not cash as my Id was expired , I have been cashing checks at esb for over 4 years this branch literally cashed one the week before with the same expired id, went to another branch and had no problem cashing it nor did I even have to show id as it was scanned into the system years ago! Will never bother going back to this one even though it's closest to my house .

This bank will rob you , Example .. I can no longer charge Gas purchases which the bank took it into there own hands and notified no one about it .. There for I had to ask for over draft protection.. And was not advise of there over draft fee of $32.00 per transactions. So between gas purchase and 10 bucks for lunch on the day before I got my pay , I was all ready in the negative $ 64.00 for less than 40.00 bucks of purchases .In all I would just taken out the max of 100.00 If I had known there terms ,...
