Though I've only been here once (today being the first time), it was such a good impression for the FIRST time visiting. I brought my client here to cash her check. She is handicapped and I drive a large wheelchair accessible van to get her around. Let me tell you... Alan (who I am assuming was a supervisor/manager) greeted us at the door with such contagious energy. He held the door for us and then let us know the van accessible parking around back and that getting through that one big door was also easier for her wheelchair. He made sure she felt welcomed and just like any other able-bodied customer. The other staff were great also! Before leaving, Alan made sure my client and I both got a rubber duckie of our favorite color, and it truly put a smile on her face! He was there for us from beginning to end! Thank you to Alan and all staff at Berkshire Bank at Little River Road in Westfield :-)

Plenty of other banking organizations that are more competitive with service, rates and policy.

Calling 1800 support takes over an hour to get someone to answer. Branch employees do not help resolve issues either. When they bought the previous bank accounts were screwed up and no efforts are made to correct. They blame the customer. Poor at making sure accounts are tied together with overdraft protection and forget doing anything if not in person. They hide behind "laws" - how is it that banks exist with no locations?
