The employees have always been nice but for the love of god please fix the pumps. I swear every one I try has some weird problem, quirk, or doesn’t work at all. It’s not worth the discount.

Used the air pump for tires and it seems very broken. A guy behind me had the same problem confirming it’s an issue with the machine.

Google says they’re open at 5AM … I drove there while low on gas, only to find out they ARE NOT OPEN AT 5:00 AM … do not trust their posted hours !! SHAME ON YOU BIG Y !!!

I've been going here since this place opened. The service I've had has always been good, whether I'm getting gas or looking for one of their entrees for a quick dinner or a cup of coffee. They have a lot of our deli favorites, such as chicken curry and chicken parm. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and the store is always sparkling clean. Really nice place to go to.

Absolutely worse experience thus far. I went in 11 at night and got a dirty look as soon as I walked in from the lady in there (assuming she was the manager) and the store clerk had that condescending tone of voice. As I left I checked what the hours were there and I noticed I went in prior to closing, but they still should not be treating PAYING consumers like that even if they go in really late prior to closing. I get it’s annoying for folks to come in late, but not OK whatsoever. I will never step foot in there again and give them business.

Since shopping for reasonably-priced groceries at Walmart has become a no-go during COVID, and nobody should eat produce that is shipped in containers next to detergents and chemicals, we have been fans of the Big Y discount on gas here. They have a good price war going with the Pride up the street as well, and the .20 saved per gallon beats their best offer any day. Also note: I find that their price on premium gas is reasonably priced. I also want to point out that it may be coincidence, but my vehicles do not run as well on gas "P" compared to gas 'Y'.

Everytime I got to this location to get fresh veggies or fruit.... They are never as fresh as the Big Y down the street. Jalapeno and habanero were gone pass. Wasted time out of my day. I put everything back just went down the street.
