“Walked in at 4:40 PM, made an appt with the Genius Bar for 5:35 PM, stayed in the store, was notified by SMS that the appt would be at 6:50 PM… Met Adrian who asked to state the problem at 4:45 PM (had a problem with the Apple Email app which prevented my accessing my GMail acct)… Adrian “fixed the problem by 4:55 PM… true genius… 5 Star care…?”
