My laptop was having display issues, and he was able to diagnose, order parts + repair, and return my laptop in just 4 days. He provided constant updates and photos as the service was in progress. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and skillfully Robert was able to perform the service compared to my experience with other repair services in the past. I would absolutely recommend Southwick Computer Services to anyone looking for IT services in the area!”

“Best buy is my favorite place to shop, I have always had good luck with the technicians here, they really know about the cutting edge technology, however I know that this is a retail store and not a repair shop, if you need a repair shop bring your computer to a real repair shop, the ones that charge $100 plus an hour bench time. know body here makes $100 an hour, maybe the manager that’s it.”

“Highly recommend Jim and the service he offers. Not only do I call him for my personal computer issues, but as well as for two businesses that I run/manage. He is always quick to get started on a solution, and more often than not, has me back up and running earlier than quoted.Something that Jim has that I personally find commendable is his attitude and approach towards customers and their issues. Oftentimes, I go to him in a rush thinking I know exactly what I want/need to have done.
