Very friendly and positive group! Brian and Mary were awesome coaches in today’s CrossFit class. They gave clear instructions, kept the energy high, and made sure everyone was moving safely. Their attention to form and encouragement really helped push us through the workout. Great session!

Update:I recently returned to the gym after two weeks away due to a medical procedure, and I wanted to share how supported I felt not only by Coach Michael, but by the entire gym community. Coach Mary had communicated my situation ahead of time with care and discretion, which I really appreciated. Thanks to her, Coach Michael was already aware before class began and made a point to check in with me right away. Before the workout even began, he approached me with reassurance and let me know we could scale the workout to whatever I felt comfortable with. He didn’t make a big deal about the situation but checked in with me throughout the warm-up and WOD, helping me ease back in without pressure while still getting a solid workout.
I regularly attend Coach Michael’s classes, and he consistently brings a high level of professionalism and support to every session. He breaks down lifts and movements in a way that’s easy to understand for all experience levels, and he’s always quick to provide helpful corrections to ensure movements are performed safely. His coaching style is encouraging and never condescending you feel seen and supported, not singled out.
Coach Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job making sure everyone’s needs are met, whether that means scaling workouts or offering form tweaks. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and care for each athlete in the class. Highly recommend!
On top of that, the overall gym community has been so encouraging and welcoming — it’s a space where you truly feel cared for and supported.
Update: I was really excited to take the Barbell Foundations class to build a better understanding of the lifts, and Mary exceeded my expectations as a coach. She broke each movement down into clear, manageable steps that made everything click. She gave me helpful feedback on my form, encouraged me when things went well, and made sure I felt confident and safe. We repeated key movements to really lock them in, and she took the time to explain how to lift properly to avoid injury. I left the class feeling more prepared and more excited than ever to jump into regular CrossFit classes. I can’t wait to have Mary as a coach in my next class!

CrossFit SWARM overall is a great environment to be in. There are people at all levels everyone is very friendly. The gym is super clean and tidy. Coach Alyssa was super supportive and made sure I was doing the squats properly as well as making sure I had alternatives as needed. She was great at supporting me and my postpartum body as we jump into a new type of fitness.

Swarm Fitness is the place to be! I took a class with Coach Edmund, and he made it not only challenging but a lot of fun. His energy is infectious, and he knows how to keep everyone motivated and has the best play list! But what really stood out was how he took the time to find safe options for athletes of all levels. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned pro, he ensures you’re working at your pace while still getting the most out of the workout. It’s the perfect balance of intensity and care, and I can’t wait to go back!

Edmund is a great coach with a calm, positive demeanor! He takes the time to explain the workout thoroughly and helps me personalize it to my situation. He also checks in regularly to see how I’m doing and encourages me to progress at a reasonable rate.

Ally was awesome to keep helping me throughout the workout as I am just learning the form and trying new things. Her energy and belief in me are contagious. Great class! Thank you, Ally!
I also want to add that all of the coaches have been awesome since joining! Alyssa was the first one. On my first day I needed all the help and support to get me going. Alyssa did that and helped me do more than I ever thought I could on the first day! ?
Mary was my next coach. Completely supportive and accommodating! So encouraging and helped me to keep going (after being sore from my first day) ? Made sure I realize I everything I do ( no matter how modified) counts and is worth it! ?
Michelle e was my next coach. Michelle is so great at finding the right modifications and really making sure I have the right form. So encouraging and I know she is always watching out for me and will be there to modify along the way if I need it as well! ?
Edmund is another coach I have had. He helped with modifications, but stretched my workouts to higher weights than I ever would have picked for myself.., and I did it! Again, another encouraging coach! ?
Brian is the last coach I was introduced to. Again, so supportive and encouraging. Knows how to modify for me and takes time to go through the form with me. ?
Overall, I have loved working with all of them!
Try for yourself if it seems to good to be true!

Ally is extremely energetic. Even if she’s the only one with the energy. She is good about stopping you with instructions and staying with until their is improvement.

Mike is the best guy you have . he has the most experience and it shows. As a seasoned cross fitter i get a lot of "looks good" but Mike always finds a critique and they are much needed . we should never stop learning and Mike never stops teaching.
Class in general has taken a turn down the right path too. This "olympic cycle " has the gym feeling like cross fit again and I'm sore in all the right places
