Extremely slow pharmacy drive through. Been trapped in line for about 25 minutes and cars have not moved. Can't pull forward or backwards due to narrow lanes.

I was having difficulty with my insurance for 3 months about one of my prescriptions. I believe I finally got it fix with the help of Kendra who took the time to really look it over. Thank you Kendra!

I called the pharmacy as i got a notification saying that i need to update my doctor’s information, i have never changed my doctor. So i called and explained this, a Lady named “Jo” (definitely a nickname) answered and asked me what my insurance information was, i explained to her everything was the same as it’s been for 6 years including my doctors office and i did not know the “insurance number” and told her it’s always been in the computer. She said “K well you’re all set then” and i asked her name and she hung up on me after giving it. This pharmacy is a complete mess down to the 10 people they have consistently behind the counter yet get no refills, no phone calls and no service in general done. Go to E Main !!!

my favorite cvs ever. i come here once a week and there is the sweetest lady in the world named Carol who is always willing to help and is overall the sweetest and most genuine ever. i have no opinions on the pharmacy because i use a different one, but the workers here are amazing and really make the environment such an enjoyable place for shopping and couponing:)

Hire more employees to work the pharmacy. Its pretty bad the average wait time to talk to someone on the phone, is 20 minutes. And that's because 1 person is filling prescriptions, 1 person working the cash register and both of them ignore the phone.
