Originally I was going to give this store 1 star due to the cold shoulder I was given by one of the cashiers. I think her name tag said Sara? Not too sure. Didn't greet me with anything but a dirty look. Maybe because I came in a half hour before close? But all I wanted was a Monster energy drink. Once I was ready to pay I was cashed out by another young lady named Natalie and she is the reason I'm giving this store 5 stars. She has amazing customer service skills and didn't make me feel as if I was "putting her out" for being there. Thank you, Natalie!

I had surgery today and although they were very busy as usual, they were efficient in filling my prescriptions in a timely manner. They don’t get appreciated enough especially during these crazy times so I just wanna say thank you for all you do!

Kudos to CVS pharmacy! This place is packed non stop busy and when I called in today the Pharmacist Loni..a sweetheart of a girl... Remembered who I was from like 3 years ago..now that is good business...As busy as they are I'm impressed and really glad to go to a place that has that hometown feel where they really do remember your name..hey every place has its issues but when you keep that kind of rapport with your customers I guarantee the problems will be less and more amicably settled ..And not all CVS stores are this great believe that these people Rock lol go see them!! Robin C! Highly recommend them!

Edit: They tried telling me my doctor messed up my meds again. I called my insurance, and it had gone through the first time they ran it. Told them to just sell it to me without the insurance they literally refused. Went to get names for a formal complaint and the extremely rude pharmacist wouldn't give me the names of the employees. They make fun of and mess with people who need medication. A vile place to bring someone who needs a pharmacy.I called the pharmacy and it took them so long to answer I was able to drive over there, still on hold.When they came to the drive-thru I showed them I was STILL on hold and told the girl that was unacceptable.As she was getting my medication she LAUGHED and told the girl with the grey wig "We got a DUR" to which they BOTH began LAUGHING at.Luckily, we live in a time where anyone can search anything on their phone so I find out it pretty much means they flagged me.I knew why, called my provider so he could call them and take care of the issue.My biggest disgust is the giggling at a DUR. Inappropriate behavior.

On call waiting for someone to pick up because the robot messed up the dates. On hold for 20 minutes they disconnect. Call again and the machine hangs up. Called a 3rd time and put on hold for 25 minutes and get disconnected again. I just want to refill my asthma medication and I can't even get that done.

Nice store, very clean and organized. Staff is friendly. Typical of what you would expect from a drug store.

The pharmacy is the worse. Got 5 texts saying my prescription was ready for pickup, waited 5 days to go get it. I get there, it’s not ready. Happens every time. Also, they filled an old prescription as well as a new one. Good thing it wasn’t a controlled substance. Don’t really shop their store, but I do NOT recommend the pharmacy.

After over 25 years as a customer, I finally caved and changed over to Walgreens. My mother made the change a few years ago, but I don't change certain things until I no longer feel like I have a choice (pharmacy, phone provider, home address, etc...) It's not like they don't have good personal, it's that corporate seems to have put more strain on these people than they can take, and customer service is where the toll has been taken. Between the automatic computer calls, the 20+ minute hold time to speak with a pharmacist, the woman who hung up on me, to the person I explained all this to who couldn't care less, I just can't justify giving them my business anymore. If CVS could simplify their marketing tactics, they could go back to being a reliable place for pharmaceutical needs

The pharmacy is a big disaster! I was there twice today. I left the first time. The line was too long. I came back they told me they had to print a label.after 20 minutes and 1 cashier running around I lost it. I yelled out where is my script.they had people everywhere crowded waiting for flu shots. I have put up with this for over a year

I'm a Medical Assistant. i called to check on a patients refills today. I spent over half an hour, 48 minutes to be exact on hold waiting for a pharmacist to answer. Pretty disappointing when your trying to get your job done! Does anyone in CVS answer their phones or are all the calls just ignored? This is the usual which causes patients to refrain from calling the pharmacy for refills. Sad, Sad, Sad!!!!1
