“I was in a rush today and I had to stop at dollar tree for something while shopping I asked a gentleman for help. He immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me right away I was completely blown away by his customer service and knowledge of what I needed and exactly where to find it! Also how well together and beautiful the store looks. When I asked his name he said his name is Keon I asked him how long he’s been working here to know so much and he said he was the store manager and he’s been with the company a long time.. I thanked him again and told him how much he is appreciated for his hard work.”

Last night I stopped in for some water and a protien milk. When I came up to the register, Alex greeted me and asked how things were going. It may be small talk, but it's people like him that make a big chain store into a warm hometown experience through interpersonal connection.
