I'd give it zero stars if I could. Can't even wash pollen off a truck. Then I went to buy tire shine. Nope vending machine ate the money but never showed I put money in. Never go back there again. Should of went to golden nozzle l

I paid $12 for a basic car wash and the door never opened. So essentially I donated money to this place & still have a dirty car. I called the number that's on the receipt and the website. I've called twice, left a voicemail. Heard nothing back. This particular car wash is extremely convenient as I drive by twice going to Westfield and back to Russell BUT I will no longer be a customer here. From the looks of the recent reviews, there's nothing good to be said about this place anymore anyway. I'd suggest going anywhere else but here.

Self serve machine took my bills, did NOT activate and there is no way to get anything done about it. There is no staff on the property, and their phone number is out of service.
This was the wash that i preferred to go to because it had good pressure, decent soaps and had more than enough room to do an adequate job, but considering it seems to just take your money and not let you wash your car i will no longer be coming here unless something gets done about this issue.
I dont have enough money to be donating to a car wash and not being able to wash my car still, but im sure the owner does since they dont have to pay for anyone using it and can continue to collect funds from this location.

I stopped here for a much needed self-serve car wash after a long drive to visit some friends in the area. The fact that this location offers a self-serve wash option (2 bays) is really the key reason why I came here instead of visiting other car washes in the area. The wash bays were well lit, the control panel worked well, instructions were clearly posted, and no issues to report. The water pressure was more than adequate to thoroughly wash my car. A five-dollar bill gives you five minutes of wash time, although another minute or two really would have been useful. Other than that, no issues to report and I recommend the self-serve service here.

I put in a 20 dollar bill for change and only got 10 dollars in quarters. There isn’t a phone # that works, that seems intentional. This place is a rip-off. Beware of thieves.
