New owner, old heavy set bearded man, is a complete d-bag to put it. Only my second time In store to return or exchange items bought online and right away gives you a hard time when it clearly states online you can return items to ANY gnc store for a refund. I'm guessing this affects his commission or something because there is no reason to give a customer a hard time when they have order number or receipt. Had to call Gnc headquarters for them to call this guy and explain to him the gnc return/exchange policy since he is incompetent in his own knowledge of it. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE BUSINESS. Very rude and unprofessional service.

It seems this place is under staffed. There’s hand written notes on the door that they are closing early for the foreseeable future and when I tried to to there today, there was a “back in 20 minutes” sign on the door. I like buying brick and mortar but this kind of thing makes it not work it to make the trip.

The manager was a cool guy. I signed up for a pro account and was made to seem that I got this cool pro box with it. Turns out it's an additional 15$ be careful for that. Pretty tricky stuff if you ask me. If I was asked if I wanted it I would have said no.

I agree with the most recent comment I’m currently having the same problem, Never had Amazon prime but I got it just so I could have the packages shipped before Christmas they were they arrived as scheduled and Friday soon as I got the notification I rushed to the store I live right down the street from the pick up location, got here at the store is closed don’t see how because as soon as I got it I rushed over here didn’t get the packages the gifts so that messed everything up see Mike some shady business fast forwarding I came the following Sunday the sign on the door says the store opens back up normal schedule Sunday 26 at 10 AM the store is close Sat there for almost an hour calling and calling nothing call Amazon even they were confuse it’s just some shady business and I’ve been hearing people talking about it

I’ve tried going into this store on THREE different occasions to pick up an Amazon package, each time they’ve been closed and no answer when I call. Their business hours online and on the door states that they are supposed to be open, but they are not. Very frustrating.
