Bree was very good about listening to how I wanted her to cut my hair. She offer a couple of suggestions which I quickly agreed to. Great cut, very accommodating and very pleasant to talk with.

I understand not that one bad stylist is define a place or company, but if you're going to go, make sure you're not getting Christin. When we came in she was very condescending and judgmental of my current hair. (I have alternative style hair with an undercut and a dye job) The entire time I was in the chair she was complaining about myself, herself and her coworker/owners/job.
Last time I came in (June of last year) I got a wolf cut. I went to the same place and had a different stylist but they were able to do it no problem. When I asked her for a touch up on these she told me it was not possible to do because my hair was too long and the undercut needed to be grown out.
I told her that was fine and then just asked for a simple trim. Well instead of a trim I got a butchered chop with 6 1/2 inches of my hair cut off. And the cut itself? Took less than less than 10 minutes and that looked like a kindergartner that found scissors in a bathroom. Instead of listening to me just saying we can do the trim. She made a sad attempt at whatever she thought was a wolf cut.
I walked out of there hysterical, and then I went back in and I asked for my money. She haphazardly gave me the money back and I had turned to the other (absolutely amazing) stylist and asked if she could fix it. Christin then snapped back that we could either get a refund or get my hair fixed but we couldn't get both. Then double down and said she didn't see anything wrong with my hair. (Although everyone else could clearly see what was wrong) Because one lady saw my hair and walked out of the store before even getting a cut.
The other stylist was able to cut my hair and style it to the best of her ability, but the damage had already been done. I lost a third of my hair and I'm still trying to figure out how to properly style it so it doesn't look like pure breakage.
If you're going to go, definitely don't go on Thursdays when she's working and make sure you don't have a stylist named Christi. I'm sure the rest of the stylists are great as one bad Apple tends to ruin the bunch. And I don't know her name but the other stylist did amazing. She was supportive and she was helpful, and actually cared. but I will definitely never be going back.

I just wanted to thank Christine from great clips on here. My daughter is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum, it can be a lot to deal with. This is my second time bringing her to her to get her haircut. Christine did such an amazing job that we had to go back to her. She is aware of her special needs and always mindful and considerate. Very sweet and thoughtful of my daughter. Today a situation arose and Christine could tell I was very overwhelmed. She made me feel comfortable and at ease in this moment I felt afraid. Thank you so much Christine. (I hope I am spelling your name right lol) I can’t express how cared for you made me and my family feel.

I've been going to this Great Clips near me for the past two years, and I can’t say enough good things about Tanya! She consistently gives me fantastic haircuts and provides excellent service. Tanya is professional and friendly. Her attention to detail and skill make every visit a great experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible. Practice got bullied out of the hair cut I wanted and made to feel extremely uncomfortable. And I did not even get the hair cut I agreed to. They said it would be and inch, but took of significantly more. The whole experience felt rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming here again and have already deleted the app.

Honestly, just straight up rude. You walk in, they don’t say hi. They look at you as if they don’t want a customer and say, “did you make an apt online?”..and then clearly did not care about the style notes we had for our kiddo and just about took it all off. Not impressed with the professionalism, or the haircut.

There's just this one women who works there with the dyed red hair...she is so crabby and bitchy and rude and it's everytime,I dated someone like that for 6 years and it was horrible..you can feel this women's misery,try to get one of the others

I have really bad social anxiety so getting a haircut is already extremely hard. I’m used to coming here and service is usually great and the employees ask me lots of questions and make sure I’m satisfied. I think I sat in the chair this time for 5 minutes maximum and my hairdresser seemed like she was rushing and didn’t ask anything questions. I was too scared to speak up so I paid and left but I am very disappointed because 24$ does not seem fair for the service I received. I wanted my bangs and split ends cut. I expressed wanting to clean up my hair and make it healthy and I was not satisfied which is unfortunate because I live local and have been coming here for years. Very upsetting.

I like how it's friendly but I wish the waittimes on their screen wasn't 110min or 90min I guess it's first come first serve

The stylists are unprofessional. They don't listen to what style you request for. They just cut your hair the way they want. I noticed there were hair all over the station and floor while I got my haircut. So disgusting and unsanitary. I'll never return back. I highly recommend to stay away from this place!!!
