“I visited this Home Depot for the purpose of seeing about replacement screens from windows I had purchased from there several years ago. I went to the Millwork department where I met Ian. After explaining my situation Ian was very helpful and got me a quote which was emailed to me a few days later. I then went back to the store on Saturday and again spoke with Ian who was able to place the order for me. Afterwards I roamed the store and bought a few others items. Overall the store was clean and well stocked. Other employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Plenty of free parking.”

“I made a purchase last month and walked away without part of it. Yesterday, the GM was able to pull up my receipt with my card. He printed it, fetched the two items, and wished me well. I felt silly admitting that I'd been overtired that day and just walked out without two of my purchases. Kudos to the staff.”
