Purchased an artesian hot tub from them a few years ago. Had a small leak recently and the technician found cracked light lenses. Had the parts with him and got it all taken care of while the tub was still under warranty. Great customer service and great pricing on the chemicals in store, even compared to Amazon.

I called 5 pool companies trying to find someone to service my swim spa. None wanted to including Jelly Belly. But they at least helped me get all the right parts to DIY. Im so grateful. I finally have my swim spa back up and running again thanks to them!!
