Great and quick service for an oil change. If anyone does a brake job with you they are seriously handicapped. I can do it for less than $200 in my driveway. My mechanic will do it for $300 and you bingos tell me $795 lmao

Be sure to check your invoice and the quantity on the invoice.
I was shown $119 but it was actually a quantity of two.
When complaining about the price, I was called" a lesser person" than the one managing the store. Brian is a great employee though and maintained professionalism the entire 4 hours
*EDIT* U was able to run into and reach 3 great employees higher up that we're there to help rectify the situation and help get a refund, Ryan, will , Dave (ace) and again Brian are very good at customer service and I am thankful for the time and help they offered

I do not recommend WESTFIELD Jiffy Lube the person working in the upper Bay removed my radiator cap on a hot engine and when it’s cooled all over, he told me I had too much pressure in my system and that it needed to be flushed. The idiot did not even know that radiators run on a pressurized system. There was no reason to open that cap, all he had to do was look at the reservoir to see if it needed anything . fortunately, I always check under the hood after I leave there. The radiator cap was not replaced and was just sitting on top of the engine. Needless to say it’s antifreeze all over my engine. They offered me nothing in compensation to return so I shall never return and I strongly advise, avoiding Westfield, Massachusetts, Jiffy Lube

Went in last week for an oil change and was pleasently surprised. Quiet store and the young man working that helped me was very helpful. Got an oil change and a radiator flush per his recommendation. He was both knowledgeable and respectful, he explained the process to me and it didn’t feel pushy like it has in the past being a woman at a car shop. I asked his name and he told me it was Quincy, thank you Quincy I will be back again!

Advertised battery price was $120 less than what I was quoted on site for the South Maple St. Location. For a synthetic blend oil change and battery they tried overcharging me , even after I showed them the quote for that location for my vehicle. I was told by Dennis, the manager, " oh yeah boss, the price went up 2 weeks ago". False advertising or extra pocket money for him, not sure which. To try and shut me up he says " we can take it out and you can take your old one back" so I went with it. Snapped a picture and found the same battery online for $187, not the $299 he was looking for. It pays to question them when you go there. He was unable to show me where that amount came from.

This window replacement was not a routine event due to the age of vehicle. My 1995 Mercury Sable has been in our family since new and the deterioration of the windshield frame due to rust created a challenge for this Safelite team.They reacted professionally and facilitated a solution with WMC, a neighboring body shop, to repair the window frame in time to allow Safelite's windshield installation by the end of the same day.

Jiffy lube signature oil change = stripped out oil drain plug & crack in the oil pan from over torqued drain plug. Friendly & quick service not always good for your car. I never heard back from customer service regarding my last visit. Drove back home and leaked out 3 quarts of oil in my driveway right after oil change.
