Brian was straight forward an to the point. I told him what i was interested in and showed me the options. Went to two other mattress places before coming to mattress firm glad I didn't buy from the first two. If you do go to mattress firm in westfield ask for Brian he was fantastic!

Brian & Anthony took GREAT care of me! I somehow got to the age of 45 without ever buying (and choosing) my own mattress, and I COULD NOT BE MORE THRILLED with the bed I got & the truly unbeatable outlet price. Plus 0% interest for 24 months?! How could you possibly do better??? In addition to knowing I got a great deal, the guys here really care about your quality of life/sleep & take their time making sure they know what you're looking for & that you get to try out as many options as you want. I know I'll be happy with my new bed for a VERY long time!

I had a good idea of what I wanted based on the website, but I had an opportunity to test my choices before making the big purchase. Christopher showed me equivalent models across the brands and explained some of the differences. Christopher made the sales process easy and arranged a convenient delivery time.
