What a great company! My seatbelt stopped retracting. I was quoted all sorts of crazy prices to replace or repair it. But I did some Googling and found these folks. It was all efficient, friendly, and well priced. My repaired seatbelt came back within a week.

I have not actually used Safety Restore for their seat belt repair services, and I certainly won't be, based on my experience with their customer service.
I contacted the company in October to request sample swatches of their seat belt webbing colors to help me decide which color to order. I was assured my information was received and the swatches would be shipped out that very day.
It is now nearly December, and I have still not received the samples.
I followed up with their team a couple of times via text messages to ask if they still intended to ship them, but my messages have been met with complete silence.
If a company cannot extend the courtesy of sending out a simple, pre-sale item like a color swatch—which they promised to ship immediately—and then completely ignores follow-up questions from a potential customer, I have zero confidence in their ability to handle a paid service reliably.
Their failure to provide basic customer service and keep a simple promise indicates a total lack of respect for the customer's time. If they can't be trusted to send out a swatch, how can they be trusted to return my vital seat belt parts in a timely and professional manner? I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Sent out my air bag module with two codes on it. Got air bag module back with the same codes! Absolutely a scam!

They promise you one day return time that is nowhere the case they receive my seatbelts Thursday and the following week Thursday I still haven’t received a tracking that my package were shipped off🤦🏽♂️

I sent my seatbelt and airbag module I for them to fix and send back. Over a week later, I got a package back from them with only my seatbelt in it. I called them to see where my module was and they said they accidently sent it to someone else but they were going to ship it to me and give my a tracking number. I waited a week after this for s tracking number and never got one. After making over 10 calls to them with no answer and being hung up on without even talking to someone, and trying to communicate via their online chat, I finally got ahold of someone. They have me a bogus tracking number a week ago that only says they made the label, and said they would give me a refund but I also never got that. THESE PEOPLE STOLE MY MODULE AND ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. DO NOT SEND YOUR STUFF TO THEM.

Everything a company should be: quality work, quick turnaround, good communication. We had an SRS module reset, and it works perfectly. Then we had to send the driver's seatbelt to also be reset, and again everything was done quickly and accurately.

I was charged for a seatbelt repair, but the item was returned to me still broken. The experience of trying to resolve this issue with the company has been extremely disappointing and reflects poor customer service.

It was very easy to mail in my airbag module and seat belt pretensioners to Safety Restore. It was very easy, and the pretensioner rebuilds looked good and professional. Everything worked fine. The vehicle has been back on the road for 18 months now without issue. Thanks!
