I came here to get acrylic nails and never again! My nails are a variety of different sizes and not to mention the paint is splotchy! They are see through in some areas and already popping off after only two days. You can also see how they do not trim the cuticle at all before applying the acrylic nail it’s over all very sloppy and does not last long. I’m really disappointed and left a nice tip thinking it would be appreciated it was not.

You tell me if this is worth $65???? Only gave two stars cause my pedicure came out good and they were patient with me and my baby. I thought I would give them another chance since my last visit 8+mos ago was pretty much the same. The nail tech also cut into my skin with the drill on my pinky nail. Unbelievable that in this day and age they cannot do a basic french tip, shape nails correctly or glue a simple pearl! I think their nail techs should take continuous classes to keep up on skills if this is the service they’re giving.

Diamond usually does my nails here, I always love them! Prices are reasonable compared to the other 10 nail salons in Westfield. I always choose to go to Sophy's because 10/10 times my nails are better than anywhere else I've tried.

I have been going here for years. The shop is very clean. The nail technicians are friendly and do a great job on my nails. My favorite service is the spa pedicure.

Rude service from man at the counter who kept trying to charge me for something that was more expensive than I wanted. Techs kept chatting with each other and ignoring clients. Nails looked good but both my daughter and I have had issues with nails smudging 45 minutes after they were done even though we had them under the dryers for 20 minutes. We will definitely not be returning

They did a great job on my fingernails. I have naturally long nails so I didn't need gel or anything. Also had a great pedicure and the price cannot be beat anywhere not even close

They are okay in a pinch, I found that after about 2 months of going there my nails kept breaking and separating.ine weird thing was that the nail polish always turned blackish grey after a few days. They have very little colors to choose from.
