The store and the pharmacy are both amazing. They always go above and beyond to help you find what you need and will go in the back and dig around for it. The pharmacy personnel is so so nice and they all also go above and beyond and still are very friendly with you at the same time. They get to know you and care about you.

me and my mans walked in on a lovely 9 pm evening keep in mind. this store closed at 10. after me walking to the store a big blonde girl came over and locked it after me walked in and HOUR before it closed and then, when we tried to exist this building she told us go out the other end as if we didn’t just walk thru the end she locked after we walked in. not only did we have walk all the way across the parking lot it was blistering cold out that’s not even the worst part as we were on our way back from across the whole parking lot cuz she locked the other door we just came in from cuz she was to lazy to go unlock it. we seen her open it and unlock it for a very rich looking jewdism i think she just didn’t want to know it for us thank you for understanding have a great night

The only reason I am giving 2 stars, is because the Pharmacy deserves SIX. They are AMAZING. Hands down BEST experience with a pharmacy I've had, as yet.
The REST of it... I will say, that I am EXCEEDINGLY disappointed in their business practices. Of the few stores in town that are guilty of shady pricing, they are the WORST. I have photos. I will produce them, if asked.. but I'm not wasting any more of my energy on this place right now.

There is no longer a butcher shop in the store. All meat is prepackaged now.

Poor customer service. Called in to ask a question. Lady answered the phone, gave me a hasty answer and hung up before I could finish speaking.

Not trying to be nasty but The Service at the Westfield MA Store is Horrible and has been for quite a bit. You have only two (2) checkers working at 5:00 in the afternoon and you have only six (6) self check outs that took a good ten minutes.
Really Really Bad.
This isn’t the the first or 50th time this has happened. Will no longer Shop there.
Customer service is non existent.
Just thought you ought to know.

Kelly’s costumer service at the self checkout station is a nightmare. Passive/aggressive attitude when asked for help. Distracted. Had to interrupted her conversation with another employee multiple times to assist with a transaction.

More registers open. Self checkout is a nightmare when the "attendant" spends more time on the cellphone. 2 registers open 12 deep into an isle. No 10 items or less. Very unhappy ?

I usually don’t do this but I believe something should be said. I’ll start with a little background I am from Connecticut and have always been a fan of shopping at my local stop and shop, I moved to Westfield and was very happy I had a stop and shop near by. I am African American and every time I walk into this establishment the workers have eyes on me constantly making me feel uncomfortable when shopping. Also multiple times I have reached out to employees for help finding items and I find myself being ignored and repeating “excuse me” more than once and also I have had employee completely just walk away and continue doing what they are doing ! When I go to self check out I am constantly being watched by the employee working in the area. Also I the fruit and meat dates are very concerning dating back to 4 days ago. It is a shame because I have always been a fan of stop and shop but unfortunately this is the end of me shopping at these establishments.
