Booked a flatbed truck. Reservation went through and I got a confirmation email. On the day of a rental, as I was driving to pick it up, I got an email saying it's not available anymore...

We rented a metal carving machine. They put $150 deductible on my credit card and said they would charge the difference depending on how long we rent. as a result, they put a deductobol and the full price for two hours. when I went to find out what was the matter. They said we'll look into it within a week and get back to you. It's been two weeks with no contact. the same problem was with the guarantee they said they would contact and silence within a month. I had to call my master. and paid for the warranty. Never buy anything from this store

I have shopped this Home Depot for many years. It’s a 1/2 mile for a Lowe’s so you can always find what you need between the two stores. I was at the store this past week…it is a mess, dirty, disorganized…a far cry from the store it was in former years. Doesn’t look like a broom has gone through in weeks. There was rocks spilled on the garden center (from a bagged product) in the walking area causing a falling hazard. There were tipped over plants inside and out. The two garden center cashiers had no customers, but neither went to push the rocks to the side or do any other straightening up. Honestly one could have done maintenance and called to the other if it got busy at the register. There are used face masks in the parking lot and inside the store on the floor. Through out the store there are pallets of products on the side of the aisles with product falling off of them, broken pallets. What the heck? Time to instill store tidiness and maintenance to the employees of 2022. Going with the flow of those who don’t really don’t want to work and just hang out on their cell phones isn’t working. Time to instill work ethic to your employees. it can be done in a positive way. I’ll only go to Lowe’s my next trip to Bloomfield, CT if you can’t do better. At this rate, you’ll be out of business in 5 years. And yes, I’ve worked retail in my lifetime. Also…the new plant misters may do the trick. But you can’t shop plants while they’re on as you get soaked.

Deplorable delivery service. I paid well over $1,000 for two appliances which were supposed to be delivered and installed on a specific day. They were not. Instead, I received a message saying "delivery attempted." I will not mince my words. This message was a lie. Our operation here is a 24 hour one. Delivery was NOT attempted. I can only assume that lazy delivery/installer guys wanted to go home early. Now I am being told I'll have to wait another whole week for delivery! Absolutely disgusting service. Do NOT use HD. They'll take your money and run, so to speak.

This review is way overdue. We received outstanding customer service from Victor S. in the paint department. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Very pleased, highly recommend. In addition, we were extremely pleased with the help we received from Sean K. , the service desk supervisor on 11/26/2021 who successfully resolved an issue to our satisfaction. Both were a pleasure to work with and we will continue to shop at this Home Depot over others in the area.

It's a nice products and services they have all kind of machines for your job and the rental is very cheap price better than other places you can rent for hours and return back Also they're asking for one deposit for $50 just for the security but they will be back after everything thank you so much for customer service was great to talk to you

Had a fence installed but posts weren't cemented because the subcontractor at the time lost the contract and wasn't happy to fulfill remaining jobs. After the winter, some panels swayed and sunk. New contractor came to fix the ones with issues and informed us the problem happened because the posts weren't cemented. Fast forward and it's happening again to other posts. Called but got a runaround with customer service. Sent me to one contractor who told me they don't service my area for Home Depot. After several calls and a complaint someone came to fix it. I was again told the posts with the problem weren't cemented. However, they were told to just add trap rock and not cement. Since we paid for a fence with posts that were cemented and properly secured we contacted Home Depot again. This has been going back and forth for months. Now we are told that no one will be cementing the posts and they are denying any further repairs. We are stuck with a fence that will continue to sink and sway because we still have posts that are not cemented even though we paid for them to be. Don't waste your time or money using Home Depot installations. Clearly they cut corners and string you along until enough time has passed for them to deny repairing damage caused by their improper installations.

I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing employee who not only helped me but unfortunately had to also deal with my crazy ex mother in law who had to take out her anger not only towards me but also towards her. I appreciate it and it was nice knowing that she was there to help. Thank you
