Seems like they hired one guy to do the work of at least four people. I've been to this location multiple times and they're chronically understaffed. Hope u haul can sort this out. It seems to be a very busy location right of a major route. I don't know why they would only have one person scheduled to work.

Absolutely abhorrent in every aspect... the rental they stuck my mother with was absolutely vile, covered in a mysterious sticky residue that smelled of human waste.
Inside of the facility was barely any better, floors needed to be cleaned BADLY, staff had awful attitudes and clearly needed to work on personal hygiene practices.
Overall, the entire place needs to be closed down for health code violations and restaffed promptly.

When I picked up the rental it was dirty, there were bottle caps in the cab, change in the cab and had 3/4 of a tank of gas. When I returned it I cleaned out the cab. When I returned it, I filled it up with 3/4 of a tank of gas, and accidently left a roll of paper-towels in the cab and was shocked to see they charged me 25.00 for cleaning and 5.00 for a gallon of gas. I have a feeling if I were to swing by there this morning, the van would look exactly like it did when I dropped it off and the gas needle would not reflect the 1 gallon of gas they charged me for. Also I was not refunded for the early return.

The rims on the trailer that I rented were severely corroded. when I brought it up to the individual that checked me back in, he tried telling me they were fine. After driving for almost 40 years, I know when a rim is close to failure and a blowout is right around the corner. Ask me how I know!

Absolutely horrible service, nothing was accurate and every employee there seemed to lack professionalism. They never had what we booked accurately. For instance, we wanted a pick up time at 7 AM and they set it in their system for 10 AM (had to call to adjust the time). Then we had asked for an open return / drop off location as we weren't sure as to which location we wanted to return it too and they agreed and assured us that they checked off "unsure / undecided" BUT then set a location for our drop off... this created extra work and confusion for us and the uhaul location that we ended up dropping the vehicle at as they wanted us to drop off at the location that it was set to / said we would have to pay 3x the amount if we wanted to drop off the car at the wrong location. Beware of booking at this specific location! As they do not care and it will cause you more trouble and $$!

I've rented vans from this facility over 10 times, only with a few complaints, (long check in, not being acknowledged by staff or a van that has bad smell ) But on June 22nd , I woke up early to return my van at 7 am to be able to beat the 24 hour time period to not get charged an extra day. I was there as doors opened at 7 am. I returned the van , double checked with staff member that I was returning before I was double charged...When I got my email receipt at 10:30am, I saw my van was marked as dropped off at 830 am. When I called to see why I was marked at 830 not 7 the staff member informed me I dropped off an hour late. I told him I was just there, I have the receipt from the gas station next door showing I filled up the appropriate amt. Of gas @ 6:47 am. The staff member said they will refund my extra day ...but insisted I was lying about the drop off time.I believe they made yet another mistake, didn't want to be to blame. And passed off as though they were doing me a favor...in actuality they lied, and called a longtime customer a lier. I will no longer do business with this facility until I'm issued a full apology by the two staff members present this morning.I know for a fact there is video footage of my 7 am drop off. And I've attached my gas receipt,with the appropriate gal. Of gas to replenish the tank, next door to the U-Haul facility at 6:47 am
