Location convenience, but some items are not up to date. Be vigilant.

Cars at online pick up, no one is bringing out orders. Sat and waited for about 10 minutes. no one is coming in or out of the door. Called customer service (My background is customer service). The man I spoke with says, “ did you go knock on the door?” Um, no sir. Im calling you, baby’s the app is down. He then proceeds to say, “we’ll go knock on the door because I’m in the front of the store and I can’t go back there now. I have a line of customers up here.” I said, sir i understand that but you also have a line of customers in the online pickup area. He did offer to page someone, but are you kidding me? Completely useless. It should have taken one call and one page to get some customer service. Also the number on the parking signs in Walmart pick up area doesn’t work. So for future if you have issues you can try to just call the front of the store directly, but it probably won’t help.

A good portion of the store is locked up. Tracking down an employee is a feat in itself, and last time I went, he didn't even have a key. Terribly understaffed

If you have no life and enjoy the crowded isles because of uncaring order pickers enjoy yourself.

I would im the past gave it a 1000 but since more people have come here they put a lot of stuff behind glass. Since people from other stores noticed this walmart was so nice and chill and cleaned. I hope it never gets like the Chicopee location or Boston Road.

My spouse observed an overpayment of credit during a can return transaction. A front-end associate then kept my spouse waiting 10-15 minutes at the service desk, ultimately unable to resolve the issue.

Worst Walmart in history
EDIT: went a few days later to pick up some things. The self checkout charged me but didn’t print out a receipt as the machine spazzed out. But it came out of my bank cool. Employee said “let me get my manager” whatever it is what it is. She comes out says “yeah you gotta pay for it again no receipt means it’s not finalized” ok I call bs on that try and get out without for a bit. Then she comes out says the same thing. Ok whatever ill deal with this later i just got out of a 10 hour shift. Call Walmart corporate and they says “why would they tell you to pay for it again” so the manager lied to my face (obviously i knew this but already was exhausted) and made someone pay a second time for already paid for groceries. Shocker the person on the phone said there was no refund being issued and I had to put in a ticket, so I did. I got my money but safe to say I won’t be going back. Also filed a formal complaint against the manager on duty.

I typically use the curbside pick-up option and haven't gone back to regular in-store shopping since. Majority of the time, the staff running the curbside are friendly, fast and efficient when it comes to retrieving my orders in a timely manner. I like that they ask if I'm okay with any substitutions made that day and/or getting refunded for unwanted items. Makes my busy life so much easier, much appreciated
