Her husband David performed all the appliance installations. We recently went back to Riverbend to pick out a new refrigerator which was not replaced at the time of the kitchen renovation since there were 4 people living in our house we wanted to keep our old full-depth fridge. Donna helped us select a counter-depth fridge that would work perfectly in our Kitchen. It really opened up the space. Dave took care of the installation. “Yesterday I bought an R25S Riccar vacuum to replace an ancient Electrolux which needed repairs again. I had an extensive and very informative conversation with Ray about brands and advertising and marketing which was very helpful in helping me choose a brand I had never heard of. Ray’s knowledge of the full range of vacuums out there and how they are made really helped me with my decision. I also got my old Electrolux repaired to serve as a backup/extra. We all know we could go to Best Buy or Walmart and buy something cheaper but I felt that dealing with Acton Vacuum was a better use of my time and money. Thank you Ray.”

Very experienced service department to service what they sell as well as service to folks in general. Delivery folks are experienced, careful, respectful of property and ensure customer satisfaction. Installation was quick and professional. All packaging was taken away with a smile. We tipped the crew leader with enough to buy the three of them lunch we were so pleased with them overall.”

“Such a difference!
Have a stackable dryer that was damaging clothes making loud noises and unfixable and outdated. After half day of very frustrating call to manufacture with issues being understood and several transfers/disconnects happening, I turned to Home Depot. Was immediately directed to Wendy who was such a pleasure, went above and beyond searching for something compatible, trying to set everything up for me and complete my order after issues with my card, just to ensure I would not have to make a trip in otherwise. She was very patient and helpful and a pleasure to do business with! Much appreciation and thanks sent her way!”
